Netherlands Forced To Halt Jet Parts To Israel Over 'Undeniable' Violations
A Dutch appeals court ordered the Netherlands on 12 February to halt deliveries of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel after upholding an appeal from several rights groups who said supplying the parts would be a violation of international law.
“The court orders the State to cease all actual export and transit of F-35 parts with final destination Israel within seven days after service of this judgement,” the court ruling reads.
“It is undeniable that there is a clear risk the exported F-35 parts are used in serious violations of international humanitarian law,” it added.
The jet components are held in a Netherlands warehouse and are sent to several states, including Israel, in line with export agreements.
Last year, rights groups accused the Netherlands of being complicit in Israeli war crimes in Gaza due to its export of the jet parts.
The deliveries were “contributing to wide-scale and serious violations of humanitarian law by Israel in Gaza,” the Amnesty International and Oxfam branches in the Netherlands said at the time.
The case was dismissed in December after a court said the issue was political.

And it is worth noting the UAE annually hosts the World Government Summit[WGS], which garnered some attention last year as global governance think tanks and organizations attracted more scrutiny due to shifting public awareness.

In this author’s opinion, Western globalists have already abandoned America, chosen it to be a scrape goat/ sacrificial lamb, and are preparing for an emerging multi-polar world, which the 2012 DNI Global Trends 2020 report predicted. I think the notion that America could be experiencing a sort of controlled demolition is worth considering.

Nofei Rachel is one of four settlements in East Jerusalem that will add 3,000 new residential units exclusively for Jews
Under the cover of the ongoing war in Gaza, Israel is accelerating the building of settlements for Jews in occupied East Jerusalem, Haaretz reported on 11 February.
Israel is moving forward with plans for a new Jewish settlement, Nofei Rachel, comprising 650 residential units in occupied East Jerusalem, located just meters from Palestinian homes in Umm Tuba.
Like other settlement projects, Nofei Rachel is a joint project of the Justice Ministry and a real estate company controlled by right-wing settler activists.
According to a report by Israeli nonprofits Ir Amim and Bimkom Planners for Planning Rights, planning committees have approved the construction of 8,434 new housing units for Jews in areas of Jerusalem beyond the 1967 border.
The others will be located in the large Jewish settlements built in occupied East Jerusalem after the Six-Day War, such as Gilo, French Hill, and Ramat Shlomo.
"During the period of the war, the planning institutions in Jerusalem have been continuing to advance the settlement enterprise in the city at an accelerated and unprecedented pace," a report by the two organizations stated.
"While essential public services have been harmed due to the conduct of the war, from the standpoint of political officials, the war is another opportunity to create facts on the ground."
In addition, since the beginning of the war, the Jerusalem Municipality has stepped up the pace of home demolitions in East Jerusalem.

Privately, President Biden is claiming he's frustrated with Netanyahu but there are no plans for a policy change
President Biden has no plans to alter his policy of “unequivocal” support for Israel’s slaughter in Gaza despite claiming in private conversations that he’s frustrated with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, NBC News reported on Monday.
Sources told NBC that Biden had disparaged Netanyahu in private conversations with other people, including some campaign donors. The sources claimed that Biden said he wanted a ceasefire, but Netanyahu was “giving him hell,” and in at least three instances, Biden referred to the Israeli leader as an “asshole.”
Biden has even said he believes Netanyahu wants the war to drag on so he can remain in power, as polling in Israel shows they want the Israeli leader to step down once the onslaught in Gaza comes to an end. Biden has also said publicly that he believes the Israeli conduct in Gaza has been “over the top,” but the apparent frustration has done nothing to alter the US policy of unconditional military aid and political support.

Biden Announces He’s On TikTok, A Year After He Banned It On All Federal Devices
Joe Biden’s campaign announced Sunday (Feb 11) that he is now on TikTok, despite the fact that Biden signed a bill banning the platform on all devices assigned to federal employees a year ago.
Biden’s X account reposted a cringe video from his campaign account in which he answers questions about his Super Bowl preferences. Several respondents pointed out that Biden signed into law a limited TikTok ban in December 2022 as part of the 4,126-page spending bill.
Furthermore, in March last year, Biden threatened to ban TikTok altogether unless the app’s Chinese owners agree to spin off their share of the social media platform. The ultimatum was made by Biden’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, in response to concerns about the amount of data TikTok trawls, and the platform’s links to the Chinese Communist Party.
In the same month, The U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee voted to advance a bill, titled Deterring America’s Technological Adversaries, that would clear the way for a full ban on the app.
A similar bipartisan bill, called Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology (“RESTRICT”) Act, was introduced in the Senate around the same time.

Ukraine Anti-Conscription Protests Emerge as Zelensky Hunts for Manpower
In a sign of things to come, anti-conscription protests have begun popping up in Ukraine, and crucially even in areas seen as generally supportive of Zelensky's war effort against Russia. This comes as the Zelensky government has for several weeks now been teasing the likelihood of a major mobilization, as the military is in dire need of hundreds of thousands of more able-bodied troops.
Currently, a controversial mobilization bill is currently slowly making its away through parliament. It seeks to reduce the age limit of conscription from 27 to 25 while also increasing the penalties for those failing to register. But it remains that as the Washington Post has reported, Ukraine's forces are facing a severe shortage of troops after suffering high casualties over the last two years. "The Ukrainian military is facing a critical shortage of infantry, leading to exhaustion and diminished morale on the front line," the Post wrote.
"In interviews across the front line, nearly a dozen soldiers and commanders [said] that personnel deficits were their most critical problem now, as Russia has regained the offensive initiative on the battlefield and is stepping up its attacks,' the report continued.

Trump Will Pull US Out of NATO if He Wins Election, Ex-Adviser Warns
As US allies reel from Donald Trump’s weekend comments encouraging Russia to attack European allies if they don’t meet NATO budget contribution goals, multiple former Trump advisers warn in my upcoming book that the former president will seek to formally withdraw the US from the NATO alliance if he wins a second term.
In “The Return of Great Powers”, which will be published March 12, a former senior US official, who served in both the Trump and Biden administrations at a high level, told me that if Trump defeats President Joe Biden in November “the US will be out of NATO.”
“NATO would be in real jeopardy,” John Bolton, Trump’s former national security adviser, agreed. “I think he would try to get out.”
Trump’s disparagement of US security commitments extends to its mutual defense agreements with South Korea and Japan as well, retired General John Kelly, who served as White House chief of staff to Trump, told me.
“The point is, he saw absolutely no point in NATO,” Kelly said in the book. “He was just dead set against having troops in South Korea, again, a deterrent force, or having troops in Japan, a deterrent force.”
“He thought (Vladimir) Putin was an okay guy and Kim (Jong Un) was an okay guy that we had pushed North Korea into a corner,” Kelly recalled. “To him, it was like we were goading these guys. ‘If we didn’t have NATO, then Putin wouldn’t be doing these things.’”

Three weeks after, a group of virologists funded by Anthony Fauci published a paper titled “Proximal Origins” in Nature Medicine that concluded a lab accident was not “plausible.”
But as emails became public, showing that Fauci and virologists orchestrated these essays, virologists landed on a new claim: a paper published in Science Magazine proved the pandemic started in Wuhan’s Huanan seafood market.
Now an analysis published in a British science journal finds the Science Magazine study is “invalid” and based on “flawed” statistics. You probably haven’t heard about this study punching a hole in Science Magazine, because the American media has very studiously ignored it.
