UAE, Israel Quietly Advanced 'peace Railway' Amid Gaza Genocide: Report

Construction on a UAE–Israel railway line has progressed quietly despite the ongoing genocide in Gaza, with officials describing the work as already in an “advanced stage,” Israeli media revealed on 25 November.

Israel’s Channel 15, Yedioth Ahronoth, and i24 reported that a significant portion of the rail infrastructure is already finished, forming the backbone of a commercial corridor meant to move goods from India into the Gulf and onward to Haifa.

The video alleges that Hams, the director of field hospitals in Gaza, was lured to the location where he was abducted in July after being told to participate in a documentary about him titled “Hero of Gaza.”

The footage includes excerpts of the Palestinian doctor talking to a French woman – who allegedly recruited him for a fictional film project in order to lure him into a trap.

The captions on the video say the fake journalist “succeeded in drawing him into an ambush and deceiving him.”

Amnesty International says Israel’s genocide in Gaza has not stopped despite the announced ceasefire, warning that Palestinians remain trapped in conditions “calculated to bring about” their physical destruction.

The group argues that Israel has shown no change in intent and continues to defy International Court of Justice orders meant to protect Palestinian life.
Amnesty highlights several ongoing genocidal practices:

– Systemic deprivation: Dietary diversity remains extremely low, with many families still unable to access vegetables, fruits, or protein.

– Lack of accountability: Israeli authorities have not investigated or prosecuted officials responsible for genocidal acts or statements.

– International pressure easing: Some governments are reducing pressure on Israel, despite ongoing violations.

Amnesty warns that the ceasefire risks creating a false sense of normalcy while Israel continues to impose life-threatening restrictions on an already devastated population.
