We have received, through mediators, some ideas from the American side to reach a ceasefire agreement. Accordingly, the Hamas movement welcomes any move that assists in efforts to stop the aggression against our people, and affirms that it is immediately ready to sit at the negotiating table to discuss the release of all prisoners in exchange for a clear declaration of ending the war, complete withdrawal from the Strip, and the formation of a committee to manage the Gaza Strip composed of independent Palestinians, which will immediately assume its work, with a guarantee of the "israeli" enemy's public and explicit commitment to what will be agreed upon, so that previous experiences of reaching agreements and then rejecting or overturning them are not repeated. The last of these was the agreement presented by the mediators to the movement based on an American proposal, which the movement approved in Cairo on 18/8/2025, and the "israeli" occupation has not responded to it until now, but rather continued its massacres and ethnic cleansing.
Accordingly, the movement is in continuous contact with the mediators to develop these ideas into a comprehensive agreement that meets the demands of our people.

...In a question from a reporter on July 28, Trump claimed the real reason Epstein was kicked out of Mar-a-Lago, was due to “stealing” young women who worked for Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Spa in Palm Beach.
Trump: "he stole people who worked for me. I said, ‘Don’t ever do that again.’ He did it again and I threw him out of the place, persona non grata."
....To make things even stranger on July 29, Trump expanded on his previous comments, confirming that Virginia Giuffre, an accuser of Epstein, was one of the spa employees he claimed Epstein had recruited from him.
Trump: "I think (Giuffre) worked at the spa," Trump said aboard Air Force One. "He stole her."
Virginia Giuffre took her own life in April 2025, after claiming she would never commit suicide. In 2009, using the alias "Jane Doe 102" she claimed that Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's convicted former girlfriend and accomplice, recruited her as a minor working at Mar-a-Lago to serve as a masseuse for the late sex offender.
...Court records from Giuffre's defamation lawsuit against Maxwell, including Social Security documents, indicate that Giuffre worked as a locker room spa attendant at Mar-a-Lago in the summer of 2000, two years prior to Trump describing Epstein as a "terrific guy."

A terrorist can be anyone the White House declares: an American journalist, a suspected drug smuggler, or another government. The only requirement seems to be that the terrorist is located outside of U.S. soil. A terrorist can be anyone the White House declares: an American journalist, a suspected drug smuggler, or another government. The only requirement seems to be that the terrorist is located outside of U.S. soil. President Barack Obama insisted that the government should never "deploy armed drones over U.S. soil," while he justified killing American citizens without trial, in secret, as a necessary battlefield tactic. Yet why couldn't the battlefield be America itself, if the situation called for it? Who would be able to question the President's judgment?
