The Daily Mail reported an exclusive in May which described Peter Thiel and the then-current CIA director William Burns meeting Epstein in the same private meeting, ”The following day Epstein met Thiel on his own from 2pm to 4pm after which Bill Burns, the current director of the CIA who was deputy secretary of state at the time, joined them for an hour.”

Ukrainians Tired of ‘State Propaganda’ on TV — New York Times

Ukrainian viewers are turning away from Telemarathon United News, a round-the-clock multi-channel broadcast set up as single source of televised information about the conflict with Russia, because it has turned into a “little more than a mouthpiece for the government,” the New York Times has reported.

Telemarathon United News was created on the order of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and gets 40% its funding from the government. Opposition channels have been denied participation in the project.

The broadcast has been jointly produced by Ukraine’s six leading networks since the start of the fighting between Moscow and Kiev in early 2022. The NYT report this week described the 24/7 broadcast as “a major tool of Ukraine’s information war,” which was “crucial… for holding the country together.”

But, after two years of conflict, “Ukrainians have grown weary of Telemarathon,” the paper acknowledged. Viewers now increasingly complain that it “often paints too rosy a picture of the war, hiding worrying developments on the frontline and the West’s eroding support for Ukraine,” it said.

Telemarathon’s audience has shrunk from 40% of Ukraine’s total viewership in March 2022 to just 10%, according Svetlana Ostapa, deputy chief editor of Detector Media, a Ukrainian media watchdog.

“Everyone is fed up with this picture that says ‘We’re winning, everyone likes us and gives us money,’” the head of the Kiev-based Institute of Mass Information, told the NYT. “It’s state propaganda.”

Prince Andrew Had 'Daily Massages' When Visiting Jeffrey Epstein's Estate, According To Housekeeper

Newly-unsealed court documents include numerous mentions of the Duke of York, whose friendship with Jeffrey Epstein is facing fresh scrutiny.

Prince Andrew had daily massages when he spent "weeks" at Jeffrey Epstein’s Florida home according to the billionaire's former housekeeper, court documents have revealed.

The newly-released documents include the transcript of a video interview with Juan Alessi, who worked at the paedophile financier's Palm Beach residence.

The unsealing of the first batch of papers caused the court's website to crash earlier this week, but much of the content repeats information that was already in the public domain.

In a video-taped interview under oath in 2009, Mr Alessi faced questions on Epstein's relationship with the Duke of York and his former wife, Sarah Ferguson.

Mr Alessi said he believes the Duchess of York visited the Florida estate "only once and for a short time" but identified Andrew as someone who "spent weeks with us".

When asked if he would "frequently have massages", Mr Alessi replied: "I would say, daily massages."

Andrew stepped back from public life amid a furore over his friendship with Epstein in November 2019.

Israeli Ministers Melt Down in Cabinet Meeting and Attack Military’s Plan to Probe Oct. 7 Failures

A bitter dispute over who should participate in an IDF investigation into security failures contributing to the October 7 attacks broke out at the security cabinet as it was ending its debate about an Israeli plan for the Day After.

Several ministers had harsh words for IDF Chief-of-Staff Herzl Halevi during the discussion, which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ended at midnight.

Opposition leader Yair Lapid, who is a former Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, said that the leaks were proof that his government needed to be replaced, even during the war.

“The leaks from the cabinet last night are a disgrace and further proof that this cabinet is dangerous. The State of Israel must replace the government and its leader. These people are not worthy of the sacrifice and heroism of IDF men and women, and will not be able to make strategic decisions. They have to go now.”

Labor Party leader Merav Michaeli issued a similar statement.

“Every minute that these people make decisions about our lives endangers life and limb.

“Standing with the Chief of Staff and senior IDF officers who have to battle a hostile government that is fighting them instead of Hamas. Once again, it is clear how dangerous Netanyahu is for Israel and how urgent it is to replace him immediately.

“This time, you won't be able to escape,” she said.
