The Israeli army's Arabic spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, issued an evacuation order to all residents in Gaza on 13 June via X, declaring vast areas of the strip as “dangerous combat zones” that the citizens should stay away from.
In the map he shared, the red areas shown are designated as “dangerous combat zones,” and cover the majority of the Gaza Strip, forming a wide horizontal band that spans almost the entire region from north to south, leaving only a narrow strip along the coastline where people can traverse.
The Gaza Strip suffered a total collapse of its communications infrastructure one day prior to the evacuation warning, effectively cutting it off from the outside world.
UN spokesperson Farhan Haq described the situation as “a complete collapse,” not a routine outage, with mobile networks barely functioning.
The blackout was attributed to heavy Israeli military activity, which severed Gaza’s last remaining fiber cable route in the central and southern areas.
The Palestinian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority accused Israel of deliberately targeting telecom infrastructure, stating that repeated attempts to restore connectivity had failed.

– The impact was limited mostly to power infrastructure and aboveground processing facilities
– Setback estimated at only a few months
Trump, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and other officials insist the mission was a success — but even weapons experts and satellite imagery analysts say the core nuclear capabilities survived.
Meanwhile, Trump canceled classified briefings to Congress, sparking outrage among lawmakers.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told CNN in a statement:
“This alleged assessment is flat-out wrong and was classified as ‘top secret’ but was still leaked to CNN by an anonymous, low-level loser in the intelligence community. The leaking of this alleged assessment is a clear attempt to demean President Trump, and discredit the brave fighter pilots who conducted a perfectly executed mission to obliterate Iran’s nuclear program. Everyone knows what happens when you drop fourteen 30,000 pound bombs perfectly on their targets: total obliteration.”

A suicide bombing at the Mar Elias Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus on 22 June has left at least 25 people dead and 52 injured, according to the Syrian Health Ministry. The attacker opened fire inside the church before detonating his explosive vest, targeting congregants during a religious mass.
The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported at least 30 deaths.
Footage showed a blood-stained floor, shattered pews, and broken masonry inside.
Syria’s Ministry of Interior Affairs claimed that the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber affiliated with ISIS.

A suicide bombing at the Mar Elias Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus on 22 June has left at least 25 people dead and 52 injured, according to the Syrian Health Ministry. The attacker opened fire inside the church before detonating his explosive vest, targeting congregants during a religious mass.
The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported at least 30 deaths.
Footage showed a blood-stained floor, shattered pews, and broken masonry inside.
Syria’s Ministry of Interior Affairs claimed that the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber affiliated with ISIS.
“He opened fire on the congregation before detonating himself using an explosive vest,” a ministry statement said. A security source told Reuters that a second suspect may have been involved.

Washington Green-Lights $30m For Gaza Aid Scheme Tied To Mass Killings Of Palestinians
Over 500 Palestinians have been killed at GHF aid sites that are now set to receive US funding, on top of tens of billions in military support sent to Israel
The US government approved a $30 million grant to the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) on 20 June under a “priority directive” from the White House and the State Department.
According to a document reviewed by Reuters, an initial $7 million had already been disbursed at the time. This is the first publicly known financial contribution by Washington to the GHF, which until now had received only diplomatic backing.
Two officials cited in the report said the US may approve additional continuous monthly grants of $30 million to the group.
GHF, launched in late May, is a joint US–Israeli initiative that relies on private US military and logistics contractors to deliver and distribute aid across Gaza. Its activities have been closely linked to the killing of hundreds of Palestinians attempting to reach food and water.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 516 people have been killed near GHF aid points in the past month, with footage from the sites showing crowds being dispersed under live fire.
