The Economist reports that "Global conflicts have a habit of sneaking up on money-manager"
Europe had been moving towards the slaughterhouse for years, and by 1914 a conflict was all but inevitable—that, at least, is the argument often made in hindsight. Yet at the time.... it did not feel that way to investors. For them, the first world war came as a shock. Until the week before it erupted, prices in the bond, currency and money markets barely budged. Then all hell broke loose.

Friends,
It's been a few months since I've done a "walk and talk" video but I decided to one recently because they help me clear my mind and are a little more organic than my scripted docs and podcasts.
If you have 5 minutes please watch this short clip where I discuss #PropositionA and why I am supporting it as an Anarchist/voluntaryist. I also discuss how I want to use the changes of PropA to make another attempt to remove #fluoride from Houston's water.
If you want to see the longer 30 minute video where I discuss my recent break, struggles with self-worth, my lawsuit against Texas, #TheGreaterReset in January, my new book, and much more check it out at TheConsciousResistance.com
Thanks for the support!

C.I.A. Director Visits Israel and the Middle East Amid Israel-Hamas War
William J. Burns, the C.I.A. director, arrived in Israel on Sunday for discussions with leaders and intelligence officials, the first stop in a multicountry trip in the region, according to U.S. officials.
The visit comes as the United States is trying to prod Israel to pursue a more targeted approach to attacking Hamas, allow pauses in the fighting for aid to enter Gaza and do more to avoid civilian casualties.
The United States is also looking to expand its intelligence sharing with Israel, providing information that could be useful about hostage locations or any follow-on attacks by Hamas. A U.S. official briefed on Mr. Burns’s trip said he planned to reinforce the American commitment to intelligence cooperation with partners in the region.

French Senators Propose a Bill That Could Jail Those Who Criticize Zionism
Up to five years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euro.
A piece of legislation has recently been put forth by sixteen French senators from The Republicans, with the goal of criminalizing criticism of Zionism. This proposed law seeks to tighten the protective net around the support of Israel, effectively muffling voices of opposition, criticism, or dissent, and raising widespread alarms about the apparent threat to free speech and democratic discourse.
“With 16 senators we demand the criminalization of anti-Zionism. The explosion of anti-Semitism is fueled by hatred of Israel, the false nose of hatred of Jews Anti-Zionism could expose its perpetrators to up to 5 years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros,” Senator Stéphane Le Rudulier posted on X.

Yes, the Fed Should Be Audited
The government has a spending problem. This isn’t exactly breaking news or a shocking revelation, but nevertheless, it is true.
Part of this problem includes the nation’s Federal Reserve, which seems to have limitless powers regarding the country’s economic matters without any answerability. This consists of a lack of transparency by the “Fed,” which has the ability to hide critical information from Congress, as a press release highlighted. As a result, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) forced a vote to “Audit the Fed” earlier this week with hopes of bringing some accountability to it.
“The Federal Reserve effectively controls the economy, but without scrutiny. No other institution has so much unchecked power. The Fed demonstrated its unlimited authority during the pandemic,” Paul said. “The Fed printed money, purchased government-backed securities, and doled out massive amounts of money to favored industries. The result added almost $5 trillion to the Fed’s balance sheet, the largest in our history.”
This should be something both Republicans and Democrats in Congress support. The nation’s politicians should want to know what exactly the Fed is doing with the nation’s finances, especially since its actions resulted in the largest addition to “the Fed’s balance sheet” in the country’s existence. This would not seem to be a partisan or ideological point. Auditing the Fed is just good, fiscally sound policy, and it’s not hyperbole to say that Paul’s amendment would better our country. Everyone should support his initiative and follow his lead.

New J6 Footage Shows Ray Epps Whispering To 'Baked Alaska': "We're Here To Storm The Capitol"
Anew report provides fresh evidence that infamous January 6 provocateur Ray Epps may have been an FBI plant.
In the first of a two-part series, “Truth in Media” host Lara Logan spoke with Anthime Gionet, also known as “Baked Alaska,” a right-wing influencer formerly associated with the “alt right.” Video footage from January 5, 2021 and earlier indicate that Epps appeared to be particularly interested in Gionet, who was later sentenced to two months in prison for his participation in the riot at the US Capitol.
Gionet (Baked Alaska) was one of several people who filmed Epps on the evening of January 5, 2021 outside BLM Plaza as he told Trump supporters “we need to go into the Capitol!” At first, Gionet said he was amused by Epps’ exhortation to breach the Capitol, and yelled ‘let’s go!’ in response, but after he saw him repeat the line several times to different groups that night, he became convinced the “boomer” was an FBI plant and was up to no good.
Gionet is the one who started the “Fed! Fed! Fed!” chant that went viral on social media.
“I’m someone who creates funny content so I just like to agree with everyone and if someone’s saying something crazy, a lot of times, I’ll just agree—say yeah, yeah,” Gionet said, explaining that he does it to encourage a subject to keep talking.
But the activist said he felt “weirded out” by Epps and quickly moved on to another group.
“I’m like, I’m getting away from this creep, he’s weirding me out,” Gionet said.
“I’m getting weird vibes—something’s off.”
Gionet told Logan that everyone else who heard Epps talking about going into the Capitol were also taken aback.

Federal Reserve Threatens to Sue Bitcoin Magazine
The U.S. Federal Reserve is threatening to sue Bitcoin Magazine, alleging apparel that parodies its FedNow system is not protected speech, but copyright infringement.
The U.S. Federal Reserve is taking legal action against Bitcoin Magazine in an attempt to silence criticism of its recently launched FedNow interbank clearing and settlement service.
In a letter sent to the publication by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the central bank of the United States is claiming that Bitcoin Magazine merchandise that parodies its services are not protected speech, but rather an unauthorized infringement of its image and trademarks.
The dispute centers around the use of the FedNow Service image and trademark in a line of merchandise sold by Bitcoin Magazine that seeks to criticize the surveillance capabilities of the FedNow system, and how it threatens American civil liberties.
The Federal Reserve alleges that Bitcoin Magazine used the trademark without permission to mislead readers into believing a connection exists between the publication and the central bank.
In response to the allegations, Bitcoin Magazine has penned an open letter to the Federal Reserve Financial Services’s Deputy General Counsel, Thaddeus Murphy:
"Dear Thaddeus Murphy,
On behalf of the entire team at Bitcoin Magazine, I wanted to take the time to thank you for your thoughtful inquiry after having browsed our online store. Doing your Christmas shopping early, you love to see it! Let us know if we can send a box of merchandise to any of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks. You might enjoy our content from the latest print Bitcoin Magazine, which discusses the damages your policies have done to our economy – and our country.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with a list of coveted items, and we will be sure to send them. We want to do our part to “stimulate” the economy!
On to business. We would like to inform you that while we received your cease-and-desist request, we refuse to comply. We will not be intimidated by your efforts to silence criticism.
As you may know, our publication and our readership are deeply troubled by the new FedNow interbanking communication system. We believe not only that it is possibly unconstitutional, but that it threatens the very freedoms that all liberty-loving American citizens should hold dear.
With that in mind, we believe it is well within our First Amendment rights to exercise speech on the issue, and to that end, we will be defending our right to sell merchandise that makes buyers aware, through fair use imagery, our position that this system is a threat to civil liberties..."

AFP Calls for Investigation into Attack on Gaza Bureau
The AFP news agency called on Israel for “an in-depth and transparent investigation” into the exact involvement of its army after an attack severely damaged its office in Gaza City.
AFP “has taken note of the recent statements from the Israeli army spokesman concerning ‘an army strike nearby [the AFP office] that might have caused debris’,” it said in a statement.
However, “this statement on its own does not explain the extent of the damage caused to the AFP bureau”, located on the top floors of an 11-storey building, it said of Thursday’s incident.
“A strike on the offices of an international news agency sends a deeply troubling message to all the journalists working in such difficult conditions in Gaza,” said AFP Chairman and CEO Fabrice Fries.
“It is essential that all efforts are made to protect media in Gaza,” he added.
According to media rights watchdog Reporters Without Borders, more than 30 journalists have been killed since the beginning of the war.

UK Government Considers Loosening Definition of “Extremism” in a New Threat to Free Speech
UK government plans have recently come to light, suggesting a potentially contentious move to broaden the scope of the term “extremism” to include any entity that “undermines” the values and institutions.
These revelations, sourced from documents seen by The Observer, have led to considerable backlash from officials fearful of the implications it may have on legitimate groups and individuals, and the suppressive impact it could have on the principles of free speech and expression.
Spearheaded by cabinet minister Michael Gove, the proposed definition is seen as part of a heightened effort to unify the country’s response to extremism. However, many understand it as an encroachment on the freedom of speech and a potential threat to the right to dissent, marking it as a contentious development. The proposed definition might frame not only the violent extremists but also non-violent entities, which could fundamentally reshape the landscape of free expression and political discourse.
