US Will Not Set Any 'Red Lines' In Arming Israel: US Officials

Israel has deployed over 22,000 U.S.-produced bombs on Gaza, killing over 17,000 Palestinians since 7 October

The White House has no plans to place conditions on the military aid it is providing to Israel, despite reports of Israel’s intentional killing of civilians in Gaza, CNN reported on 13 December.

Speaking to Democratic donors in Washington this week regarding US efforts to shape the outcome of the war, President Joe Biden said “we’re not going to do a damn thing other than protect Israel in the process. Not a single thing.”

Confirming this, US officials told CNN that the US has no plans to draw any red lines around the transfer of weapons and munitions to Israel.

This includes if Israel seeks to expand the conflict with Hezbollah, which has largely been limited to the northern border areas. The US has advised Israel against opening another front in the war by launching a large-scale attack on the Lebanese resistance group, officials said, but has not threatened to cut off aid if they do.

this has allowed the attackers to infiltrate a shitton of libraries by compromising just the connect-kit. last known version coming from ledger is 1.1.4. three releases up to 1.1.7 were posted today, all should be considered compromised.

Whitney Webb notes that Jeffrey Epstein claimed to be a "money manager" who vetted legal advisors for Bill Gates, and highlights Epstein's close ties to Gates through his employees Nathan Myhrvold, Linda Stone, Melanie Walker, and Boris Nikolić:

"The mainstream media narrative refuses to say that the Epstein-Gates relationship proceeds 2011, which I think is all about protecting greater scrutiny of the Epstein Microsoft ties and also the Maxwell family ties to Microsoft that took place during the 90s. And if you remember, Boris Nikolic, when Epstein died, was actually the backup executor to his will. So why would Epstein have put Nikolic in that position? And why would Gates hire someone like Melanie Walker, whose resume at that point was being science advisor to Jeffrey Epstein? And, of course, there was a lot of overlap between the science Jeffrey Epstein was into and the science that Bill Gates is into."

Navy Releases 109 Pages of UFO Sightings, Including One Connected to Whales

The U.S. Navy has just dropped a new trove of UFO sightings: 109 pages of “range fouler” incidents that it had not released previously. These UAP incidents are heavily redacted, but uncover an intriguing pattern of frequent sightings at military sites. One of those sightings even includes an interesting connection to whales. You can read the full set of documents below.

The documents are filed in the Navy’s FOIA reading room under a PDF document called “RF Reports Navy Redcated (20306).pdf” (RF stands for Range Fouler.) The Black Vault reported that these documents appear to have dropped in December 2023, despite the PDF filename indicating they’re from June. Black Vault also noted that the term “range fouler” appears to be new, originating in a June 2021 report.

Nullify the CDC and WHO?

A New Hampshire bill would ban the state from participating in the “enforcement of, or any collaboration with the enforcement of, any requirements, mandates, recommendations, instructions or guidance provided by either organization.”

HB1156 would prohibit "any requirements, mandates, recommendations, instructions, or guidance" from being used to justify or give legal effect to "any mask, vaccine or testing requirements."

The Libertarian Party of New Hampshire commented on the matter: "A few reps introducing this bill regularly come to our events."

The US Navy Bought Surveillance Data Through Adtech Company Owned by Military Contractor Which Harvests Location Data From Smartphones

Similar to how government agencies have been caught operating.

A report from 404 Media, for the most part based on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, has put the pieces of a puzzle together to reveal that the US Navy was in business with an adtech company – that “just” happened to be owned by a major military contractor.

The company, nContext, is owned by Sierra Nevada Corporation, and what this triangle of surveillance was “keeping in the family” is the business of personal data changing hands, and reportedly, global (globally collected) data, at that.

404 Media writes that the public records it has seen show that the Navy was able to use a software tool (called, the Sierra Nevada nContext Vanir) that the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) uses for its surveillance operations around the world.

nContext, supposedly in the adtech (i.e., marketing) business, is behind developing that tool. However, the publicly available documents do not detail what kind of data the company had at its disposal, that was up for sale.

Above all, this is yet another example of how the ad industry – supposedly innocuous, other than for the suspicious amount of money it generates – actually can, and does at times work in insidious ways.

The big picture: a government/country that is actively creating workarounds around its own laws and Constitution, which are supposed to mandate protecting citizens (including their right to privacy) – in this case, their private digital data.

“Crucially, when government agencies buy this data from a commercial entity, they can bypass legal restrictions put in place to protect the transfer and use of that information” – is how 404 Media describes this in its report.

CNN Exclusive: Nearly Half Of The Israeli Munitions Dropped On Gaza Are Imprecise ‘Dumb Bombs,’ US Intelligence Assessment Finds

Nearly half of the air-to-ground munitions that Israel has used in Gaza in its war with Hamas since October 7 have been unguided, otherwise known as “dumb bombs,” according to a new US intelligence assessment.

The assessment, compiled by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and described to CNN by three sources who have seen it, says that about 40-45% of the 29,000 air-to-ground munitions Israel has used have been unguided. The rest have been precision-guided munitions, the assessment says.

Unguided munitions are typically less precise and can pose a greater threat to civilians, especially in such a densely populated area like Gaza. The rate at which Israel is using the dumb bombs may be contributing to the soaring civilian death toll.

On Tuesday, President Joe Biden said Israel has been engaged in “indiscriminate bombing” in Gaza.

Kim Iverson contextualized, "CNN was able to go into Gaza through Egypt without Israeli escorts. They’re saying there is no safe place in Gaza and the number of injured children is astonishing. They’re also reporting Israel is using “dumb bombs” which are unguided and completely destroy the narrative that Israel is doing all it can to limit civilian casualties."

In Zakarpattia, in the building of Keretsky village council, a deputy detonated grenades: he was killed and 11 more people were injured, the National Police of Ukraine said.

"Today at 11.37, line 102 received a message that one of the deputies exploded grenades in the building of Keretsky village council of Mukachevo district during a session meeting," the National Police said in on its Facebook page.

"According to preliminary information, as a result of the explosion, one person, the fuse itself, was killed, and 11 more people were injured," the National Police said.

NEXTA recently a updated injury count: "26 people were injured. Six are in serious condition.... The motives of the terrorist deputy are still unknown."
