WHY IT'S BAD: Recruiters can't verify your work.

MISTAKE 5: POOR FORMATTING & ATS FAILURE

WRONG: Fancy tables, columns, icons, photos,
colorful headers, text boxes in MS Word!

WHY IT'S BAD: ATS (resume scanner) software
used by TCS/Infosys/Wipro CANNOT read tables
and fancy formats. Your resume = auto-rejected!

FIX — Use ATS-friendly format:
Single column layout
Standard fonts (Arial/Calibri)
No tables, text boxes, or images
Save as PDF before submitting
