It is unclear to me if this IADM was dropped before or after the chemical munition was dropped onto the dugout.

The helmet is high cut, with a cover, and patches of the Mexican National Guard and glow in the dark cat eyes. The ear protection is a pair of knockoff Earmor M32s.
