Footage of Fuerzas Especiales Carlin H12 (CDS MF/Los Cabrera) clashing with CDS Chapitos sicarios in Sinaloa. I do not know the exact location in Sinaloa, but FEC H12 sicarios are known to operate in the areas of San Ignacio (against sicarios of Rene 00) and Cosala, Sinaloa.
In one video the sicario can be seen lighting the fuse of an IED/pipe bomb, which are commonly used throughout wars between cartels in Mexico.

R11 is notorious for using a .50 cal Barrett, something frequently mentioned in corridos dedicated to him.
Interestingly, his feet are in the correct position for shooting in the prone (flat and pointed outward for more stability), which could suggest some basic marksmanship training.
