In this video, sicarios from the Grupo Escorpión 🦂 faction of the Cartel del Golfo (CDG) can be seen patrolling the streets of Tamaulipas.

This is a common sight in Tamaulipas, where CDG and the Northeast Cartel (CDN) are the dominant forces, both being full of heavily armed sicarios who like to fight.
