Hello everyone,

As many of you are preparing for the upcoming Assistant Professor (College Education) interviews in Rajasthan,
I just wanted to share a few thoughts with you.

Through our chats on WhatsApp and phone calls, I’ve come to know many of you.
And I can confidently say, you all are sincere, hardworking, and deeply passionate about your subjects.

Now it’s time to bring those qualities forward.
The interview is not a test of perfection.
It is simply a chance to show that you are someone who can teach well, stay grounded, and contribute meaningfully to the academic environment of our colleges.

You are not expected to be a walking encyclopedia.
You are expected to be honest, respectful, thoughtful, and confident in what you know.
That’s what makes a good teacher.
A person who remains composed in a classroom, adapts to students’ needs, and speaks with clarity and purpose.

The interview panel wants to select you, they are just looking for a reason to say yes.
Don’t give them a reason to say no.

They are looking for educators who can carry forward the values of learning and character-building.
So believe in yourself, you are already on the right path.

Also, if you haven’t yet taken a mock interview, I strongly encourage you to do so.
Mock interviews help you organize your thoughts, improve your expression, and boost your confidence.
Many aspirants have already benefited from it, and I would love to help you prepare in the best possible way.
