🚀 The big news: We’ve officially secured cooperation with one of Poland’s top-tier legal & financial advisory firms! ⚖️🇵🇱 This firm will support KickTech development—especially around tax relief models for clients using our framework of brand tokens and ongoing support them.

What’s next?
🔹 KickTech is ready now to set for real development in Poland & across the EU.
🔁 Our project moves into pivot mode (yup, Lean Startup style!) — it’ll keep running as-is, with $PTF usable for current utility or eligible for future conversion into KickTech tokens.
📅 Between April 20–30, we’re sitting down with some serious VC and academic partners to lock in the promotion + marketing game plan for May–June.

We accidentally found out today that a very famous guy in the crypto world, Evan Luthra described in October 2024 a vision for using energy from memecoins to real, useful tokens.

🎓 Workshop title: From PoC to MVP to Market –
A Quick Dive into the Lean Startup Method

The event is part of the two-week Solana Breakout Hackathon Mission (which is, in truth, more of a competition), run by Superteam Poland with the support of prominent sponsors. Superteam PL has been doing incredible work building the Polish Web3 founder ecosystem - bringing together local and international projects through mentoring sessions, networking, and co-working infrastructure.

As part of this momentum, we'll be running a workshop that brings Lean Startup into the AI-accelerated reality - with a strong link to the mission of KickTech, our initiative for structured, compliant brand tokenization.

What's in the workshop?
🔹 Part 1 – A moderated walkthrough of Lean Startup via advanced AI prompting
Apart from typing “what is Lean Startup?” into ChatGPT, we’ll go through a structured prompt chain that extracts actionable insights from LLMs. Each prompt will be discussed live, identifying discrepancies between answers and synthesizing directional signals for team decision-making.
This is designed for:
Founders who haven’t read Lean Startup yet,
Readers who want to validate their understanding,
And even Lean Startup veterans looking for a fresh AI-powered perspective.
🔹 Part 2 – Group discussion: Where Lean Startup helps - and where it doesn’t
We’ll ask:
Is it useful during pitch deck preparation - or too time-consuming?
Is Lean Startup a miracle cure - or a bureaucratic weight in the VC world?
Etc.
🔹 Part 3 – Challenge for a reward
Answer four questions derived from earlier prompts and discussions. If their answers pass the bar - they’ll receive the equivalent of $20 in SOL (Solana) crypto from the KickTech team.
🔹 Part 4 – Optional mentorship
Those who complete the reward challenge will be eligible to join a Lean Startup-based validation track - running real experiments for real market feedback.

Participation requirements:
Dedicate ~1 hour to be active.
Ideally bring your Pro app of LLM like GPT-4o (or similar models like Claude 3.5, Gemini 2.0, Grok 3, DeepSeek) - you’ll keep your prompt history for further development.
No Pro access? No worries. We’ll show my GPT-4o answers live and discuss them.

Unexpected result: the Solana network has started using micro-utility $PTF for routing among tech-brand tokens—and we couldn’t be happier 😊

Over just two weeks, community and their tools powered 100 K+ DeFi transactions using $PTF, totaling around $120 K in activity.

Here’s the exciting part: users saved about $1.5 K in real DeFi fees, thanks to $PTF. If this trend continues, we’re looking at over $100 K in annual savings ⏳✨

If this keeps up, demand for $PTF will naturally grow—and eventually, KickTech tokens too, as we refine this MVP experiment 📈

The future is micro, real, and use-driven!

We’re slowly wrapping up the $PTF (ProTokenFun) experiment — and proud to say it just crossed a major milestone: over 250,000 DeFi transactions on Solana, as shown in the attached screenshot 👇

📊 What’s exciting? $PTF has proven useful as a discount routing layer in brand token trades across young tech startups in the Solana ecosystem.

This whole test has been about understanding how the market reacts to a fresh approach to marketing + incentives for Web3-native startup communities.

But our bigger goal? At KickTech, we’re building something more ambitious — a full-blown ecosystem designed to boost early-stage tech entrepreneurship using Solana and a dedicated support methodology.

Right now, $PTF is tied only to external tech startups that align with KickTech’s spirit, but haven’t been developed under our direct guidance. That will change.

👀 What’s next?
We’re quietly preparing for the next phase: the native KickTech system and token, likely around early September.

Until then, we’ll keep observing how $PTF performs through July–August — will it keep growing as these startups grow, or settle into its current usage level?

🚀 KickTech Update after 3 months of running liquidity pool experiments for $PTF!
We tracked 19 tech brand tokens on Solana, watching how they perform vs. SOL as the base. Attached are charts + our key takeaways 👇

🔎 Observations:
Out of 18 brand tokens paired with $PTF, only 1 (MON3Y) shows signs of a real startup-like trajectory → steadily growing vs. SOL over months.
The rest? Mostly speculative spikes, then long-term underperformance vs. SOL.
Meanwhile, $PTF itself — acting as a Treasury base — tracks SOL fairly closely, showing that the market self-regulates its value.

📌 What’s next for KickTech:
1️⃣ Supporting startups only if they build a real Treasury for growth & operate transparently from it. (Talks already ongoing with the first candidate project 👀)
2️⃣ Over the next 1–3 months we’ll test an active Treasury model with 100M $PTF → selling into USDC & rebuying with market trends. ⚠ Expect sharp $PTF price moves during this test!
3️⃣ If successful → migration from $PTF to new KickTech tokens (details to come).
