Красиво? Удобно? Ну почти.
А теперь — реальность. Вот вам три примера, где эта формула трещит по швам:
Make money — не создаёшь деньги с нуля, а зарабатываешь их. Почему make? Непонятно.
Do time — это не «делать время», а сидеть в тюрьме. Как вам такая процессуальная обязанность? 😅
Make friends — друзей не создаём, а заводим. Но снова make.
Короче, если вам кажется, что в английском всё логично, это вам только кажется.
