Всё таки, как ни крути, но 1 сентября всегда воспринимается не только как День знаний, но и начало активности в работе.

Моё лето было... обычное рабочее лето, с той разницей, что занятие можно было вести из загородного дома и купаться в перерывах.

Я вот, до того как вернуться в преподавание, сменила довольно много работ.
Там были и крупные корпорации. И... другие крупные проекты 🙂

И в целом было два типа управления:
1️⃣когда все докладывают начальнику и без служебной записки и шагу шагнуть не могут/ не хотят / боятся
2️⃣и когда каждый ответственен за свои задачки, а потом (раз в неделю, например) вы собираетесь, да смотрите кто где
