NOTICE 0001 (continued) — HOW THE EYE EATS
no lore in this file. just how it works.

1. the market. $EYE trades on a pons v2 bonding curve against $SPY, the S&P 500 stock token on robinhood chain (4663). if the curve completes, it graduates to a uniswap v4 pool and that liquidity is locked permanently.

2. the fees. every trade pays a 1% base fee + 2.5% creator tax. sinjoh converts the creator side to $SPY and routes it:
55% → the PRISM contract (the archive)
45% → sinjoh's $EYE-holder distributor, airdropped to holders (currently about every 24h; the timing is sinjoh's)
pons/sinjoh fees come out first, so it is not a clean 55/45 of gross volume.

3. the eyes. PRISM is 555 NFTs, ever.
500 shared: 0.02 ETH public · 0.01 ETH for the census · up to 100 free (one per census wallet, first come, inside the 500)
55 more can only be grown by burning 555,000 $EYE each.
minting is closed. no date yet.

4. closing an eye. all 555 slots share the archive from the first fee, minted or not. burn one PRISM → receive archive ÷ (555 − eyes already burned) in $SPY. minting never dilutes. burning is final. set a minimum-out.

5. disclosure. the creator wallet made the first buy at launch: ~55.5M $EYE (5.55%). 20,000,000 were burned on 28 sep (NOTICE 0002). ~35.5M remain in the operator wallet, excluded from holder airdrops.

6. trust. the PRISM contract is upgradeable by its owner, who can pause routes and change code. there is no third-party audit. those are trust assumptions. we say them out loud on purpose.
