We have only been listed for over two days but there has been a hive of activities some which has been visible to the community and announced but some behind the scenes that we want to keep you updated about. Hence we want to recap all out activities since launch and also provide you guidance of what to expect in the near future.

- Even before listing we engaged with a number of socks design companies and selected Signore M. Bertoletti and his son who rule the best sock manufacturers of the world to be our partner in producing the world’s best Polka Socks.

- We listed $PKS on Pancake Swap on Friday the 12th march 2021 and do acknowledge that we had some listing related issues. We learn from that and appreciate the community’s patience whilst we worked through resolving the issues. We locked the liquidity with Unicrypt for 6 months to show our long term commitment to the project.

- We have made an application for listing on Coin Gecko and will continue to chase Coin Geko

- We have made an application to list on Live Coin Watch

As some of you might have observed we had to part with a few of the Polka Socks $PKS tokens from the marketing and the reserve pools to pay for some of the almost $1200 of marketing and other initial start-up services that we had consumed in the launch of the project.

We at the project team are underwhelmed by the price performance which has led us to part with a larger number of Polka Socks $PKS now rather than should we paid for the services at the start.

We at the project team do believe that we are extremely undervalued for a project with a strong roadmap as ours but are encouraged by our negotiations with the design company who have been supportive of a deal valuing Polka Socks $PKS at a significantly higher valuation than the market for the value they see in us.

However the short time price volatility when payments became due has impacted and partially depleted our marketing and reserve pools. A lot is now riding on the deal with the designers and the manufacturers as this is difficult to borrow and we have been concentrating our efforts on this. Although the designers have been supportive and we anticipate doing a deal valuing Polka socks $PKS at a significant premium almost close to ATH so we look forward to better conditions returning soon. We are actively looking at options of replenishing these in order to deliver our long term objective in the form of the stated roadmap.

Dear Polka Socks Holders,

Following on from our previous communication we are able to secure a conditional deal with the designers valuing Polka Socks $PKS at a significant premium to the prevailing market price. However the deal is condition to the community is supportive to the project and there is some recovery in the Polka Socks $PKS price to demonstrate the same. However being a conditional deal, there is a risk of the deal falling through should the community not support project and the price of $PKS.

To that end we request the Polka Socks community to remain more active and assist the team in getting the word out, i.e. shilling the project so we can bump up the Polka Socks $PKS price to more reasonable level. We as the project team believe that the current price significantly undervalues the project based on roadmap presented.

On the other hand, having significant depleted our reserves we are at a risk achieving the goals in our roadmap. Mind you this is not just a sock project but should we not receive the trust and support from the community we might end up being just a sock project!

Hence as stated in our previous communication we have been looking at opportunities to replenish our reserves as stated in our previous message. We have been presented with certain trade opportunities that can make significant gains. We propose using some if the reserve $PKS to take advantage and to make significant gains to replenish our reserves.

However, we do not want to sell the reserve $PKS in the open market because there will be a further price impact. Hence we are offering 36 of $PKS from the reserve for sale over the counter (OTC sale) at the pre-sale price 0.18 BNB which is a 10% percentage discount compared to the prevailing market price.

Once we have made some gains and replenished the reserves we will do a buyback $PKS from the open market causing a further positive impact on the market price of $PKS. Having seen the drastic volatility and the significant undervaluation from $PKS price our intention is to intervene when necessary and support the $PKS price from our reserves like a central bank would do. This would be in the form of buybacks in future as well.

Our OTC sale of 36 Polka Socks $PKS will take place at 4:00 PM UTC at which point we will put out a further communication providing you with the details of the wallet address to send the contribution too and also the link to the Google form.

Please note that this sale will be first come first serve and the Polka Socks team will participate in this OTC sale in showing our commitment to the project. Once we have hit the number of $PKS on offer we will close the offer and communicate it. Any funds send after the close of the offer will be refunded.
