Michael Saylor's MicroStrategy has acquired an additional 5,445 bitcoins for $147.3 million between August 1 and September 24, with an average purchase price of $27,053 per bitcoin, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

This purchase increases the company's bitcoin holdings to approximately 158,245 bitcoins, valued at around $4.1 billion at the current price of approximately $26,000. The total cost of acquiring these bitcoins, including fees and expenses, is roughly $4.68 billion, with an average purchase price of about $29,582 per bitcoin.
