๐ฎ๐ท/๐บ๐ธ๐ฅ Iranโs Retaliatory Strikes Against U.S. Bases in the Region, August 31, September 1-2
โ๏ธ Iranian military forces launched a large-scale retaliation on the morning of August 31, the evening of September 1, and the early morning of September 2, in response to U.S. airstrikes on southern and central Iran. The operation involved waves of precision ballistic missiles and scores of loitering munitions targeting American assets across multiple countries, including the U.S. Fifth Fleet and Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain, Muwaffaq Salti and Prince Hassan Air Bases and Camp Titin in Jordan, Ali Al-Salem and Ahmad Al-Jaber in Kuwait, Al-Dhafra and Al-Minhad in the UAE, and Al-Harir and Erbil in Iraq.
๐ Below is a breakdown of the attacks by country:
Jordan๐ฏ๐ด๐บ๐ธ:
โ IRGC strikes on August 31 targeted technical/maintenance facilities and fighter aircraft parking areas at Prince Hassan and Al-Azraq (Muwaffaq Salti) bases.
โ On September 1, the IRGC hit Camp Titin, striking U.S. Marine positions, assault helicopters, and supporting infrastructure.
โ Additional IRGC strikes on September 1โ2 focused on Prince Hassan Air Base, destroying technical infrastructure and hangars housing RQ-4 and MQ-9 drones.
Iraq๐ฎ๐ถ๐บ๐ธ:
โ On September 2, joint Army and IRGC operations struck U.S. troop positions at Al-Harir Base, as well as technical facilities and a surveillance balloon at the Erbil Airport base.
UAE๐ฆ๐ช๐บ๐ธ:
โ Army strikes on August 31 hit helicopter staging areas and U.S. personnel positions at Al-Minhad Air Base.
โ Army operations on September 1โ2 further targeted radar installations and troop facilities at both Al-Dhafra and Al-Minhad Air Bases.
Bahrain๐ง๐ญ๐บ๐ธ:
โ Army attacks on September 1โ2 hit radar infrastructure and U.S. troop positions at Sheikh Isa Air Base, along with a logistics depot serving the U.S. Fifth Fleetโs naval installation.
Kuwait๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ธ:
โ Joint Army and IRGC operations on September 1โ2 struck satellite communications gear, supply depots, and fighter hangars at Ahmad Al-Jaber Base, as well as personnel housing, drone hangars, and drone ramps at Ali Al-Salem Base.

Officials briefed on the intelligence say Tehran has gained a clearer understanding of its military strengths during the six-month conflict and could be considering a significant escalation.
The assessments indicate Iran currently sees little incentive to reach a deal and may instead seek to drag the war through the U.S. midterm elections, betting that higher energy prices, American casualties, and public dissatisfaction with the conflict will increase political pressure on President Trump.
U.S. officials warn Iran could return to the level of escalation seen in July, when it repeatedly targeted American bases, shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, and infrastructure across the Gulf.

The solution?
Well, according to the Jerusalem Post, the US should offer to erase student loans and credit-card balances for the young Americans willing to join the slaughter.

๐ฎ๐ฑ Genocide isn't just limited to Gaza โ seems like marine life gets it too.
Israel spent two years demolishing Gaza's sewage infrastructure. Untreated sewage poured into the Mediterranean. Israel's own Water Authority now links that sewage to a massive algae bloom that knocked out 5 of the country's 6 desalination plants โ cutting ~80% of its drinking water supply, rationing beach showers in Tel Aviv, opening emergency water stations in Jerusalem.
Israel's fix? Secretly dump pesticides into the Mediterranean to kill the algae โ no public notice, and multiple sources telling Haaretz the chemicals could cause environmental damage.
Destroy Gaza's water system, then poison the sea trying to undo the fallout.

โ๏ธIsrael's destruction of Gaza's sewage infrastructure leads to massive algal bloom, knocking out Israeli desalination plants
According to an editorial by Haaretz, the systemic destruction of the Gaza Strip's water and sanitation infrastructure by the Israeli military has ricocheted back to threaten Israel's own water security, triggering a massive algal bloom that forced the emergency shutdown of five out of the country's six major coastal desalination plants.
The unprecedented environmental crisis, driven by high seawater turbidity from microalgae originating in the Nile Delta and heavily intensified by millions of tons of raw sewage pumped directly into the sea from devastated Gaza, crippled the facilities supplying over 80 percent of Israel's drinking water.
As water networks faced severe pressure drops and agricultural irrigation was restricted, the Israeli government simultaneously cut off external water supplies to the besieged Gaza Strip.
While the Israel Water Authority claimed that operations partially resumed through emergency groundwater extraction and increased flows from Lake Kinneret, experts note that the crisis exposes the severe vulnerabilities of Israel's environmental and infrastructural planning.
Haaretz points out, "It is absurd to think that the country would not be affected by the situation in which the Gazan population โ approximately 2 million people โ lives amid rubble as raw sewage flows into the sea" alongside Tel Aviv's refusal to allow rebuilding materials or mechanical generators into the enclave.

๐ฌ๐ง ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ St Paulโs Cathedral has signed a four-year partnership with London nightclub Fabric to stage contemporary music events inside the cathedral until 2030.
The first event will take place on 29th October. Artists have not yet been announced.
Fabric lost its licence in 2016 after two 18-year-olds died following drug use linked to the venue, before later reopening under stricter conditions.
St Paulโs says the partnership is intended to attract new audiences and create โunforgettable experiencesโ in the cathedral.
