Bernie Sanders Introduces Bill to Ban Superintelligent AI
Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Greg Casar have introduced legislation that would permanently ban the development and deployment of artificial superintelligence — AI systems that surpass human intelligence or become too powerful for humans to control.
The bill would also temporarily pause advanced AI development until a new federal regulator establishes safety rules.
Anyone who violates the proposed ban could face up to 20 years in prison, while companies could face the loss of their ability to operate.

🇪🇸 🇲🇦 Sánchez’s government is facing an internal dispute over the migration situation in Ceuta.
While some officials have claimed Morocco coordinated the influx of migrants, Sánchez says Spanish intelligence has ruled out foreign involvement and that the government has no evidence Morocco organized or planned it.
The question is, why is Sanchez talking nonsense when videos of Moroccan police can be seen ushering in migrants and the king of Morocco recently publicly stated they want to retake Cueta AND the Israel UN ambassador openly bragged they had a hand in it?

Iran Responds With Full Force To U.S. Massacre (Videos)
Iran's armed forces said they carried out a series of missile and drone strikes against United States military bases in Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain and Iraq's Kurdistan region early on September 2, describing the attacks as retaliation for American strikes inside Iran that killed at least seven service members and five civilians at a wedding.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said in a statement its Ground Force struck the command center and living quarters of the U.S. commander at Ali Al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait, setting fire to a drone hangar and destroying a number of drones. It claimed that the strike killed a number of U.S. personnel.
In Jordan, the Corps' Aerospace Force said it carried out a "heavy ballistic-missile strike against the U.S. Marine barracks known as Camp Titiin in Jordan.
A third IRGC statement said the Corps struck hangars housing long-range RQ-4 and MQ-9 drones at another U.S. base in Jordan.
