❗️Thai oil tanker safely crosses Strait of Hormuz after Iran coordination
A Thai oil tanker has safely navigated the Strait of Hormuz after diplomatic coordination between Thailand and Iran, and was not required to pay to bypass the blockade, a Thai official and the vessel’s owning oil company announced today.
The tanker, owned by Bangchak Corporation, crossed the key waterway on Monday following successful discussions between Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow and Iran’s ambassador to Thailand.
"I requested that if Thai ships need to pass through the strait, could they assist in ensuring safe passage?" Sihasak told reporters late on Tuesday.
"They responded that they would take care of it and asked us to provide the names of the vessels that would be transiting."

Russia Evacuates More Experts From Iran’s Bushehr Following Attacks And Warning From Radiation
Russia's state nuclear corporation Rosatom on March 25 evacuated another 163 workers from Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant, reducing its workforce at the facility to approximately 300.
Bushehr is the Islamic Republic’s only operating nuclear reactor. It was built by Rosatom, which provides direct support to its operations.
Rosatom chief Alexey Likhachev said that more staff would be leaving, with one group already departing by road toward the Iranian-Armenian border and two additional groups preparing to follow.
The evacuation, the third wave since the start of the Israeli-American war on Iran, comes one day after the International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed that a projectile struck the Bushehr plant's premises.
Following the latest attack, Kuwaiti authorities warned residents about possible radiation exposure.

The concern is that occupying Kharg island with US troops would result in high casualties, likely triggering Iranian retaliation against Gulf countries’ infrastructure and prolonging the conflict, the senior Gulf official said.
“Iranians are clever and ruthless. They will do everything they can to inflict maximum casualties on US forces both on the ships at sea, and especially once ground troops are anywhere in their sovereign territory.” - Retired Adm. James Stavridis.
