أقسام علم الدواء
#Drug_Body_interaction
The interaction between a drug and the body are divided into two classes:
التفاعل بين الدواء والجسم يقسم الى
1️⃣ #pharmacokinetic:(Is what the body does to the drug)
حركيه الدواء :ماذا يعمل الجسم بالدواء
Is the studing the kinetic of drug which is including[A
DME ]
1️⃣Absorption
2️⃣Distribution
3️⃣Metabolism
4️⃣Excretion.
هو دراسه حركيه الدواء الذي تتضمن الامتصاص،التوزيع ،الاستقلاب،والاخراج
2️⃣ #pharmacodynamic:(Is what the drug does to the body)

آليه(ميكانيكيه) الدواء :ماذا يعمل الدواء في الجسم
Is the studying the biochemical and physiological effects the drug as well as structure activity relatioship and adverse drug reaction.
يدرس اليه عمل الدواء والتاثيرات الفيسلوجيه على الجسم وعلاقه التاثير بالتركيب والتاثيرات العكسيه للدواء

#أول ما يعطى الدواء في الجسم يتم الامتصاص الدواء الى الدم ثم يتم خروج الدواء من الدم وتوزيعه الى السائل الموجود بين الانسجه والخلايا بعد ذلك عودته من الانسجه والخلايا الى الدوره الدمويه

اماpharmacodynamic يندرج تحته

تاثير الدواء
-Desirable effects
الاثار المرغوب فيه
(therapeutic action)
الاثار العلاجيه
-undesirable effects
الاثار الغير مرغوب فيها
( side effects /toxic effects)
الاثار الجانبيه /الاثار السمية
2️⃣ #Mechanism_of_action
آليه العمل
#four_pharmacokinetic_properties_determine_the
أربع خصائص تحدد حركيه الدواء
1️⃣the speed of onset of drug action
بعد كم يبداء تاثير الدواء
2️⃣the intensity of the drug effect
شده أو قوه تاثير الدواء
3️⃣and the duration of drug action
فتره عمل الدواء
#Absorption:is transfer of a druv from its site of administration to the bloodstream.
الامتصاص:هو انتقال الدواء من مكان تعاطيه الى الدوره الدمويه

#Transport of drug
Depeding on their chemical properties,drugs may be absorbed by either passive diffusion or active transport
#Type of drug diffusion or transport across celk membrane:
1️⃣ #simple_diffusion: the drug move from region of high concentration to one of lower concentration
انتقال الدواء من التركيز الاعلى الى التركيز الاقل
- Not need energy or protein carrier
لا يحتاج طاقه أو حامل بروتين
-Depend on 4 factors:
تعتمد على ٤ عوامل
-concentration of drug
تركيز الدواء (كلما زاد تركيز الدواء زاد الانتشار)
-water solubility/lipid solubility
ذائب في الدهن او الماء
-ionization
متاين
كلما كان الدواء غير متاين يزيد الانتشار
-Molecular size
حجم الجزيئات
كلما كان الحجم صغير زاد الانتشار
#most drug pass via simple diffusion
معظم الادويه تعبر عن طريق الانتشار البسيط
2️⃣ #facilitated_diffusion: The drug passes from high concentration to low concentration in large molecules.
الانتقال المسهل : انتقال الدواء من التركيز الاعلى الى الاقل يستخدم للجزيات الكبيره
-need carrier protein
يحتاج حامل بروتين
-not need energy
-It has limited capacity and become saturated
البروتين لديه قدره محدده لنقل الدواء ويصبح مشبع
3️⃣ #Filtration:which the drug pass through capillary fenestration and para cellular space
الفلتره: الدواء يمر خلال النوافذ الشعيريه والفراغات الخلويه
-not need energy or protein carrier
-occures in kidney glomerular filtration
يحدث في الكليه عند تنقيه الدم

4️⃣ #Activd_transport:
moving drugs from a region of low drug concentration to high concentration.
الانتشار النشط انتقال الدواء من التركيز الاقل الى التركيز الاعلى
-It need energy and protein carrier

5️⃣ #pinocyosis :
This type transport drugs of large size a ross the cell membrane
Such as vitamins (B12)
الابتلاع الخلوي : الدواء الكبير يمكن يدخل الخليه بواسطه الغمر مثل الفيتامينات

العوامل التي توثر على الامتصاص

١-physicochemical properties of drug;lipid solubility,ionization,valence
خصائص الدواء الفيزيائيه والكيمائية هل هو ذائب في الدهن أو الماء ،كذالك التاين ،التكافؤ فمثال الحديد بشكل الثنائي أكثر امتصاص من الشكل الثلاثي
٢-pharmceutical dosage forms :drugs in liquid are more absorbed than solid form.
