Dear Chief Justice / Mr O'Donnell / Donal;

Time is short, so you will please excuse the lack of formalities - whether warranted or not.

You will note the below-listed (unsigned) email send by one Sarah-Rose Murphy, your personal assistant, with a parallel follow-up email coming from the Supreme Court Office ostensibly 'in your name'. We now require you to note the following please:

1. Ms Murphy has already been 'proscribed and excluded' by the I-I Association from dealing with members of the public on the grounds of previous deceptions and mendacities committed in her similar role under Justice Frank Clarke. Accordingly, we will NOT engage with her nor respond to her for fear of becoming complicit in any more of her devious undertakings.

2. We are still awaiting confirmation from you 'in writing' that Ms Murphy has, in any event, formal authority to speak 'on your behalf'. We have asked for this accountability-confirmation several times, and formally by recorded post. Where is it Sir? Or, are you denying the public the same oft-imposed legal requirements demanded of US when others attempt to speak on OUR behalf?

3. The 'Human Rights & the Rule of Law' conference event on Friday 21st at DCU is a PUBLIC event is it not? How then, why, and under which specific laws are you presuming to deny and exclude person(s) (such as myself) with valid tickets from attending? Is it not the epitome of hypocrisy and a clear violation of Article 45 of the EU Treaty (TFEU) and our Fundamental Human Rights that 'you' (i.e. the Office of the Chief Justice) would attempt to pull this illicit stunt when members of the Strasbourg Court will also be in attendance?

4. We respectfully remind you (and the Minister for Justice Ms McEntee) that applications for criminal summons against you for your active part in facilitating and covering-up frauds on the High Court remain 'in limbo' at the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin for nearly 3 years now; that according to the law and to recent Superior Court Rulings, those applications SHOULD (legally) have been dealt with on the day of application in November 2019. Perhaps you can explain to the public how you and a number of your colleagues in the Judiciary, the Courts Service, in Ministerial roles and at the DPP's Office are using your paid positions as purported 'protectors, defenders and administrators of the law' to place yourselves above and beyond the constitutional requirement that, "All persons are equal under the law"?

5. For clarity Sir; it appears that you and a number of your State-paid associates including Ms McEntee have for far too long lost the proverbial run of yourselves. You are, first and foremost the guardians of our Constitution and of the Rule of Law - which institutions are critical and essential requirements of our membership in the EU – are they not? Any failure or refusal on your parts to fulfil those duties to the public renders your respective positions invalid and quite frankly, utterly ridiculous and politically-and-morally pointless - especially in circumstances where this very presentation/conference is a front for convincing the Strasbourg authorities (and the Irish public) that we DO in fact have a properly-functioning democracy that enshrines
