- Switched back to ThinLTO coz my server suffer lot.

- Merged latest CLO "LA.UM.9.12.r1-15100-SMxx50.QSSI13.0" tags for kona.
- Switch back to LMKD as SLMK kills too often with MGLRU.
- Enable back FAIR_GROUP_SCHED.
- Switched to ZSTD compression for zRAM.
- Miscellaneous bug fixes.

I suggest to disable Phantom Process Killer because it's sucks ass.

This option available only on A12L+.

Reason why I'm not updating kernel anymore, it's getting really strict. So i made a better choice.

Regarding this stupid features from A12, on A14 we can safely disable this sucker by enabling the toggle.
