I’ve always been confused why Trump bashes the current Fox News and praises the “old” Fox News. The “old” Fox News ran the 19-terrorists-in-a-cave 9/11 narrative and viciously attacked anyone that questioned it. The old Fox served as a right-wing gatekeeper, pumping up [their] wars more than any of the other news channels.

So why does Trump praise the old Fox? Is this just optics, similar to his “anti-Putin” and “pro-vaccine” stances? Is Fox really under White Hat control, dripping out information on the Patriots’ timeline? If The Plan really was to have [them] steal the election, then Fox sure played their part well. And people like Jesse Watters, Tucker, and even Hannity are pretty hard-hitting in the primetime slots when the most people are watching.
