I think I'll just write how to do rename the whole file.png with efficient way (IMO)
1. If you download the icon pack.apk from playstore, you can get the package by use mt manager's "extract apk" feature
2. View the package
3. Copy the "drawable-nodpi" folder or find the largest folder
4. Copy appfilter.xml and decompile it, if you have no mt manager vip, you can use np manager, or decompile it with apktoolm/x or anything else
5. I'll write the next steps later, too lazy bruh(edit the appfilter and combine with excel.exe)

3. If still facing lags, try this method on termux/terminal after restoring (if you restore your backup via swiftbackup for example)
