💎 چند تا نکته گرامری
همیشه شنیدیم که صفت قبل از اسم میاد.
تو این جمله از متون ریدینگ آزمون، possible که صفت هست بعد از اسم اومده!
It’s the only solution possible.
خیلی عجیبه؟ نه!
جمله اصلی این بوده که خلاصه شده:
It's the only solution which is possible.
این معمولا برای صفاتی هست که به -able/-ible ختم میشن.
🔅اما نمونه‌های دیگه هم داریم که صفت بعد از اسم میاد.
۱- برای یکسری fixed phrase ها مثل:
Secretary General
President elect
court martial (= military court)
Attorney General
❓دیگه چی؟
۲- تو بعضی کلمات در معانی مختلفشون، جای صفت فرق داره. مثلا Present اگر معنی حاضر و زمان بده، میاد قبلش و اگر معنی حضور و غیاب بده میتونه بیاد بعدش:
the present members (= those who are m embers now)
the members present (= those who are/were at the meeting)
۳- اصطلاحات مرتبط با اندازه گیری
two metres high
ten years older
two miles long
six feet deep
۴- برای تعریف و تمجید:
مثلا فرض کنید میخواهید بگید: «ما به دنبال افرادی هستیم که در طراحی ماهر باشند.»
❌ skilled in design people.😳😳
✅ We are looking for people skilled in design
⚠️نسخه طبیعی‌ترش اینه:
We are looking for people who are skilled in design.
۵- صفات بعد از کلماتی مثل:
something, everything, anything, nothing, somebody
