ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਕਾਬੁਲ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਦਹਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
