ਗੜ੍ਹਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮੋਰਾਂਵਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ਾਨ ਘਾਟ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਬੂਟੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ 20 ਹਜਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਚਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
