My one obligatory reminder this (s)election cycle, for those political crusaders who failed to ever read the Constitution (or who conveniently forget every 4 years):
The President/VP are NOT elected by popular vote (i.e. you, the ELECTORATE). They are selected by ELECTORS in an INDIRECT ELECTION.
As an example, for New York, unless you're Bill or Hillary Clinton, Andrew Cuomo, etc., other than the feeling that "you did something", your vote for P/VP is purely irrelevant procedurally. [SOURCE]
Instead of politics (the art & science of managing centralized coercion), consider creating your own freedom first, forswear the use of coercion, then find/work with others doing the same...
