1405 Nowruz Gathering – RSVP
As the Iranian New Year arrives, we come together to honor the traditions and cultural heritage that have united us for generations. Celebrated for thousands of years, Nowruz offers a moment to reconnect with our shared roots and reminds us to hold on to hope for brighter days ahead.
In this time of hardship, this may not feel like a Nowruz celebration in the usual sense. Rather, this is a Nowruz gathering to spend time together, share our concerns with our compatriots, and reflect on the complex emotions we carry.
PACSA and IGSA invite you to join us for a Nowruz gathering with the Iranian community at USC, where we can spend time together, listen to light music, and share a meal. Please fill out the form below only if you truly plan to attend, as space is limited.

In a world of inevitable differences, our views on events are shaped by lived experiences and deeply held concerns. These perspectives sometimes align, but just as often, they seem impossible to reconcile.
Rather than reducing these differences to a single narrative, our Dialogue Club offers a space where every viewpoint is taken seriously, shared openly, and heard with mutual respect. By approaching disagreement with curiosity instead of resistance, we can transform tension into constructive conversation.
Join us this Friday, April 17, for our first moderated discussion:
The Path Behind Us: Reflecting on Movements and Approaches in Our Struggle for Freedom
Let’s examine the events of the past 47 years in our struggle toward liberty and the establishment of the rule of law. Together, we will discuss our perspectives on these milestones, their lasting impact, and the reasons different paths have led to different outcomes.
🕕 Friday April 17 6-8 PM
📍Location: Taper Hall of Humanity (THH) 118
