A user had a little misunderstanding today when he saw a transaction that transferred 1TON to our commission wallet.

Here's a video of him asking me about it to make sure I don't take another wallet to cover it.

Normally we never publish information about our users, but in this case he stated that we took 1TON from his wallet, so I have to do it for transparency.

As you can see from the beginning, he activated the wallet through our bot. Since then he has been buying and selling things, for buying a normal order (not sniper) .we charge in the same purchase transactions. But for selling an order, as you can see in his wallet, we never charged any fee until his sale volume reached 100TON. At that point, our system calculates and charges him 1TON as a 1% commission for the sale.

At this point, the commission on snipping and selling transactions will be taken after sufficient volume is reached, so it won't affect the speed of the transaction.

If you guys want us to take commission in the same tx with any type of transaction, please suggest. We are still trying to figure out the best way to do this without affecting trade speed / sniping speed. But please be assured that we never had any intention of miscalculating or taking any funds from our user
