Marek & Lubomir Puska, the two brothers of Jozef Puska, along with his partner Lucia Istokova, have been sent forward for trial on charges of withholding information into the murder of Ashling Murphy.
The brothers' partners Jozefina Grundzova and Viera Gazoiva have also been charged with impeding the apprehension or prosecution of Jozef Puska while knowing or believing that he was guilty of the murder of Ashling Murphy, or of some other arrestable offence, contrary to Sections 7 and 4 of the Criminal Law Act.
Applications were made by their solicitor, David Powderly, for legal aid and a continuation of their bail conditions. He also requested that a previous restriction on reporting the addresses of the five accused be continued.
All five accused arrived at and left Tullamore courthouse in a black people-carrier taxi using a side door of the court while running and trying to conceal their faces (video here).

The 50-year-old Algerian man charged with eight offences in connection with the stabbing spree outside a gaelscoil on Parnell Square in Dublin last month has been named as Riad Bouchaker. He appeared before Dublin District Court this afternoon.

The final charge was for the production of a 36-centimetre kitchen knife, and in reply to that offence, he told gardaí, "I am a sick person".
The accused listened to the proceedings with the help of an Arabic interpreter after communicating that "I do not understand".
Judge Smyth granted a request for Riad Bouchaker's legal team not to be identified in media reports.

Noone Transport say an incident captured on CCTV on Tuesday of illegals emerging from one of their trailers occurred in the UK. The location of the incident had been misidentified as Ashbourne on social media.
The illegals had used specialised tools to create an opening in the trailer’s roof for access and authorities were immediately notified.
Last year, the CEO of Perennial Freight, one of Ireland’s largest transport companies, stated that illegals were being found concealed in trucks arriving in Rosslare every single week and that the situation was getting worse.
In January, a French news outlet reported a surge in illegals breaking into lorries in Cherbourg port trying to reach Ireland. The port authorities recorded 1,000 such incidents in a single month, a doubling of the figure from the prior year.
One illegal interviewed said he wanted to get to Ireland because France had rejected his asylum application and he understood Ireland as having a more lenient asylum system.
