TD Norma Foley calling for the asylum seekers at the Skellig Star hotel to be moved to independent houses or apartments.
A man of strictly no description has been arrested and around €60,000 has been frozen in a bank account as part of an investigation into an alleged bogus legal firm offering immigration services in the Blessington area of Co Wicklow on Tuesday.

Gardaí discovered that in many cases the victims of the bogus legal firm were people attempting to regularise their status in Ireland.

It is understood they had paid fees between €1,000 and €3,000 to the firm.

"So what's the point in starting a consultation process if it's a fait accompli? Should it be called something else if the contract is signed. Should it not be called an information process?"

In response, Charle Flanagan says he doesn't want to split hairs over what the "consultation process" should be called.

Can the people of Caherciveen say NO?

No, they can't.

MINISTER FOR HEALTH Simon Harris has announced that, from next week, it will be mandatory for anyone who arrives to this country through airports and ports to self-isolate for 14 days.

Also from next week, anyone arriving in Ireland will have to fill out a mandatory passenger location form and could face follow-up checks to ensure that people are staying where they said they would be.

Harris also said at a press conference this evening that no non-essential travel outside Ireland should take place in the immediate future.

Rest in Peace, Simon. You will be missed.

"I'm concerned about loved ones. My principle concern isn't changing the world. If I do want to change the world, it's because broadly I want to make the world a better place. I've got a 25 year old daughter. I want to have grandchildren. I want to see them grow up. I want them to grow up in a good world — a world that I recognise, and I want to be there for them. So this is my motivation...I want to live in a nice world for everyone really. So that's what I'm concerned about and I think that's the rational view."

Six things to know when moving from Nigeria to Ireland from a Nigerian.

1. The weather is not your friend.

2. You shouldn't ask to borrow a spoon or plate from your neighbour.

3. You can wear a short skirt or bum shorts and nobody cares.

4. You don't call people auntie or uncle. You have to use their names.

5. You have to get used to saying please and thank-you even to the bus driver no matter how weird it feels.

6. You have to learn how to eat mashed potato and drink tea until you can find out where the African shops are.

Arrest his employers, jail and fine them. Then deport him. It's that easy.

Here we have ireland's largest trade union acting as just another migrant NGO running cover for illegals who are used to drive down wages, inflate housing costs and lower the standard of living.

REMINDER: Leaked internal documents from Amazon-owned Whole Foods reveal the company rates their stores using a "diversity index" and determined the threat of unionization is "higher" at stores with "lower diversity."
