TCD Economics Prof Ronan Lyons now says Ireland needs to build up to 75,000 housing units each year to keep up with the increased rate of plantation. Goodbody forecasts that 27,000 housing units will be completed in 2023, down from 30,000 last year.

To give an idea of what 75,000 housing units looks like, the picture above is of a construction site in south Dublin where 597 'social & affordable homes' are being built. You would need 117 sites like that completed each year for the next 27 years, never mind the water & sewage services, hospitals, schools, emergency services etc...

These 'affordable homes' will cost €1,000 a month for the one-beds & up to €1,300 a month for the two-beds.

The bottom left corner of the picture shows the type of two storey, two garden homes a person used to be able to afford in Dublin on a single middle-income.

Lyons has previously stated that there is not "an iota of supporting evidence" showing that immigration is the reason there's a housing crisis in Ireland.

So I think that's three gardaΓ and a Slovakian translator who all say they heard Josef Puska confess to the murder of Ashling Murphy which the defence has been challenging.

RTÉ are trying to deceive the public again about the numbers of non-Irish people in Ireland.

The most crucial figure in the CSO census data (which RTÉ omits in their report) is that 20% of respondents recorded themselves as foreign born. 77.2% recorded their ethnicity as 'white Irish'.

They also have a duty to inform the public that neither the European Commission nor the Irish government believe the CSO figures to be credible.

The European Commission estimated 37,500 Roma were living in Ireland when they calculated the funding they deserve, while the CSO recorded only 16,059 Roma in 2022 census.

Likewise in 2016, while the CSO recorded just 19,447 people with a Chinese background living in Ireland, the European Commission estimated the real figure was 60,000 to 100,000.

The CSO recorded 58,615 Moldovans and Romanians in 2022 but Minister Simon Coveney said the real figure was 130,000 during a joint presser with his Romanian counterpart.

🚨 Two strangers called a school on the same day in Newry within 4 minutes of each other to tell the office that two named pupils needed to leave the school for an appointment. First child didn't attend the school. Second one did. Parents were alerted, knew nothing.

The first confirmation locals in Blackrock receive that up to 350 asylum seekers will be moving into Zurich House is in a leaflet drop from a faceless pop-up NGO called 'Blackrock For All' just as the asylum seekers are set to start arriving.

The property is being managed by Peppard Investments LTD who have a letterbox attached to an Interior Designers in an industrial estate in Wilton, Cork. Derek Blighe visited them recently but didn't quite receive the warm welcome they expect Blackrock residents to give their new tenants.

The IBIS Redcow in Dublin also hosts 350 asylum seekers and earns €753,925.50 a month for the pleasure according to a confidential document accidentally released by a DΓ‘il Committee.

Dr Lorna Flanagan, a forensic scientist who took DNA samples from beneath the fingernails of Ashling Murphy, has said there is approximately a one in 14,000 chance that the DNA does not belong to Josef Puska, other than it belonging to one of his relatives.

She added that she had access to a European DNA database which includes all ethnicities, to assist her calculation.

The defence asked her if this database specifically includes data for 'ethnic Romani Slovaks'.

She confirmed it does.

A decision was made by the investigation team not to disclose the circumstances of Ashling Murphy's death, and that information was not released to the media.

A Dublin based garda who questioned Jozef Puska in hospital wasn't even informed.

Puska volunteered the information that he had 'cut' Aishling Murphy without being prompted, Detective Superintendent Pat O'Callaghan has told the court.

🚨 Community Alert for Bray (and Kildare)

A Bray mother has told a local community group that when she returned to her car having parked near the shop at Kilbride Grove, she saw a foreign man inside it rummaging through the glovebox.

When she confronted the man, he told her that he had mistakenly believed it was his car.

GardaΓ were called but she says her daughter was told this morning that they just put him on a train to Kildare.

He had a screwdriver, some cans of beer and a sandwich in his pocket. The woman said she understands he did the same to four other cars in the area.

Another woman said she identified the man as the same person she caught rummaging through her glovebox. She said he took her coat, sunglasses and some loose change. Her husband managed to retrieve the coat.

Another woman said she had a similar experience but it was a different man.
