Don't know the provenance but it's a convincing forgery if it's fake.
Some weeks back there was an allegation that Ukrainian men were spotted being forced onto a bus in Ireland for extradition, but the promised footage never materialised.
Today, I'm reading both the Austrian and Czech governments say they won't be submitting to any extradition requests from the Ukrainian government, so they must believe they have that option.
It would be curious if any EU countries do send Ukrainian men back as Syrians have received refugee status here on the grounds that they want to avoid conscription.
Personally, I'm opposed to extraditing the men as they shouldn't be forced to be fresh meat for the grinder, and the sooner their supply is exhausted, the sooner negotiations can commence.
However, once the war ends, one of the conditions to receive any EU aid must be that none of these men face charges for desertion. Otherwise, they'll have an excuse to be here forever.

Just spotted this at the end.
My best guess is that the Irish government is aware that 'Republic of Ireland' is the name of a football team and not the name of the country they administer, so I have to suspect this is a forgery of possible foreign origin.

There have been multiple allegations that an African man has been following and harassing children in the Castletown area.
One mother says the man followed her 13-year-old daughter home from school to Mullens Take Away on Castletown Rd last Thursday.
The woman's brother posted footage of her confronting the man on facebook to warn the community. He said said his sister and niece were left traumatised as the man subsequently tried to hit her, and she had to lock themselves in her car while he banged on the bonnet and made threats.
Another mother said her 14-year-old daughter was cycling down Castletown Rd when the same man is alleged to have propositioned her to go home with him while carrying a stick.
A father said his children told him that the man had been knocking on the car windows while he was shopping in Mace, and he had to chase the man down the road to warn him that if he ever looked at his kids again he'd 'kick his fucking teeth in'.

Two Ukrainian refugees were caught with 8,000 counterfeit cigarettes and โฌ5,395 in cash when swooped on by gardaรญ in Letterkenny.
The men had been selling the cigarettes from a Ukrainian registered vehicle outside the back of the Courtyard Shopping Centre on Pearse Road.

I was in LYIT briefly before it was the ATU. I remember there was one African in the class. He was treated like a child because he couldn't settle. It was like a large toddler running around. There was f*ck all wrong with him he just had zero self control. He was the only one given a laptop because he was dyslexic (he wasn't, he was able to read just as well as everyone but was too impulsive to sit down for 10 seconds). He lasted about 3 days before he took the laptop and quit.

Six people have been arrested and charged with more than 200 offences as part of a five-year investigation into terrorist financing and money laundering.
The investigation involved police forces from other jurisdictions along with Interpol and Europol's European Counter Terrorism Centre.
Three men, aged 37, 25 and 22, and two women, aged 68 and 42, are expected to appear before District Court 1, Criminal Courts of Justice today while a 45-year-old man was also due to appear before District Court 1 in connection with the same investigation this morning.
They're not giving any other details away.
