Today, inside the male toilets in Jervis Street Shopping Centre, an Eastern European man thought he could masterbate in front of me. He thought wrong. I chased him out of the toilets and apprehended him until security and the Gardai arrived. I overheard that this is not the first time he has done something like this. I was told I will be contacted to make a statement. Who will he do this to next? You? Your brother? Your son? This. Has. To. Stop.

Anto Boyle says that he overheard it wasn't the first time the man in the post above (centre pic) had been arrested for a similar act.
He looks very like Romanian national Ionas Carolea who pleaded guilty in Sep 2022 to masturbating in front of two undercover gardaí in the public toilets of the Marks & Spencers on Mary St in Dublin after gardaí set up a surveillance operation in the toilets which resulted in the arrest of several men for similar behaviour. Gay Community News criticised the arrests at the time.
Carolea was fined €500 after his defence solictor told the court he had attended psychotherapy, resulting in an extensive report and that it wouldn't happen again.
In March 2023, Carolea was given an 8 month suspended sentence for groping an M&S employee who was washing his hands in these same toilets after trying to open the man's zipper. Carolea had emerged from one of the cubicles masturbating before the assault. This was one of the incidents which lead to the surveillance operation being set up.

Management at the Mater Hospital are are now investigating how a Romanian man managed to pass Garda vetting and get a job at the hospital despite convictions for sexual corruption and abduction of a child, and a five-year jail sentence for possessing child abuse material.
The cleaning company which hired the man had followed all processes required for any individual to work onsite at the Mater, including Garda vetting.
A garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "An Garda Síochána cannot provide details of or comment on the personal information of any named individual. Vetting is carried out in accordance with the National Vetting Bureau Act 2012."
This is the classic excuse the govt always use to avoid having to explain themselves — that they can't comment on individual cases when all we need to know is how an EU citizen with a conviction for child abduction and the possession of child abuse material was able to pass the garda vetting procedure so we can identify any faults in it.

Rory Clarke speaking at the Bailieborough Says No protest on Sunday:
"Everyone knows the mothering nature of Irish people, but we've been made fools of now!"
Clarke made reference to a recent news report of a Roma man who was found guilty of sexually assaulting a three-year-old in a homeless shelter which he and his family were also staying in.
The man told gardaí that pulling out children's penises and playing with their testicles was regarded as 'playful' activity in the Roma community.
The man held a number of convictions including theft, assault and robbery in another jurisdiction and had to be extradited from the UK.
Clarke told the crowd that if a 'scumbag' like that touched their children, it could destroy their lives forever, but he said the politicians in Bailieborough were happy to let them move to Ireland.
"Wouldn't it be be better to be called racist than have your children, sexually abused, raped or murdered?"

The owners of Fun Galaxy in Finglas were given €1.35 Million last year by the Dept of Equality to accommodate asylum seekers but not one has slept in the building yet and Finglas Says NO are determined they never will.
Goldman Sachs owned Tifco Hotel Group meanwhile got a massive €37 million. There's big money to be made in abusing Irish people's generosity.

Facts are skirted around here.
1. No asylum seekers are vetted as the authorities are not allowed to contact their countries of origin for info.
2. Magee references the Schengen Information System which we joined in 2021. This system applies to EU member states and 4 other Schengen countries only.
When he says "if someone is wanted or involved in a serious crime in another jurisdiction the gardaí will be informed," this only applies to those countries. It's not a background check tool either, it's for fugitives.
If someone is wanted for rape or murder in Pakistan or Somalia, chances are they're not going to show up on any EU system.
In fact, we learned that when gardaí attempted to contact Pakistani authorities about the rape of a young Irish woman with Down Syndrome by a Pakistani, they would supply no information.
3. Dr Ní Ghráinne says the Refuge Convention allows us to deny refugee status to rapists or murderers but conceals the fact that it prohibits us from deporting violent rapists.

When Dr Bríd Ní Ghráinne tells Kevin Magee that the majority of asylum applications are rejected and that the Irish authorities can subsequently deport these applicants back to their own countries, a journalist would have asked the follow-up question: But how many of them actually are ever deported?
Magee never asks.

Right to protest denied to people concerned with the government's immigration policies on St Patrick's Day.
A protest organised by Irish Communities Together was marching down the quays in the direction of O'Connell St having set off from the Four Courts, but was blocked at the Grattan Bridge junction by a line of gardaí with bicycles who were subsequently joined by members of the Public Order Unit when a stand-off ensued.
Protesters then attempted to march down Capel St towards Abbey St but were trailed by gardaí and again blocked at the Boar's Head pub.
Turning back, the protesters then attempted to march back along Capel St to cross over Grattan Bridge onto the southside, but were once more blocked from marching any further and effectively corralled on Grattan Bridge.
The roads were not blocked off to any other members of the public.

Parents of children in a County Limerick primary school have been advised not to let their children walk home alone or visit the local park without supervision. They were also advised to remind their children never to talk to strangers.
Independent Cllr John O'Donoghue said there was genuine fear and worry in the village of Ballingarry after two separate incidents occurred on February the 23rd.
The first relates to a man who emerged behind a woman who was walking in the park in the early morning and engaged in lewd behaviour. Later, at 2:50pm a young girl was approached by a stranger in a car on the Main St in the village.
It's unclear if gardaí believe both incidents are related to the same man and no descriptions were published in the Limerick Leader.
Cllr O'Donoghue says he has received calls from people in housing estates in the village who no longer feel safe walking home at night, and that this worry was demonstrated to him on a recent visit to Ballingarry — "I didn't see one child on the street."

Eastern European Unvetted Male Migrant Thief - Part #1.
🤯18👍8🔥2🖕2
Failed asylum seeker Ellie Kisyombe has agreed to accept an adult caution for assaulting a Ukrainian kitchen assistant in 2019.
Introduced in 2006 to allow for the issuing of cautions where prosecution of an adult is not in the public interest in the opinion of a Garda superintendent, the caution will require Kisyombe to accept responsibility for her behaviour, but it will not be disclosed in any garda vetting report.
Last Thursday at Blanchardstown District Court, Kisyombe’s barrister said that while his client had previously pleaded not guilty, she was now willing to accept a caution that had been previously proffered by the State after reviewing CCTV of the assault in evidence and consulting with Kisyombe.
Kisyombe rose to prominence as a campaigner against the "racist" direct provision system which she spent ten years in while appealing her rejected asylum application. She was ultimately granted Leave To Remain in 2019 and has been back to Malawi twice on holiday (the country she allegedly fled in fear of persecution from) since securing a home here.
While appealing her rejected asylum application, she told authorities that she feared being returned to Malawi — "Anything can happen to me. I can get killed, life will not be the same. There is no family there, it's just hard. There is no one to protect," but when she visited Malawi on holiday, she posted pictures of her nana and her family on facebook.
When she ran as a Dublin election candidate in 2019 for the Social Democrats, it emerged that she had broken the asylum regulations twice by travelling to the UK while her application was being processed. Lawyers for Kisyombe tried to prevent publication of the story, by claiming it was a criminal offence to reveal details of her asylum claim.
Kisyombe was invited to be a guest speaker at the annual human rights conference in 2019 by the President of Law Society Of Ireland. She also featured in a number of TV and newspaper interviews and in a music video for Hozier because of her campaigning, and her face has been projected onto the GPO. She also won the Women's Way Mum Of The Year award last year.
The woman assaulted by Kisyombe is Svitlana Voloshchuk, a 46-year-old mother of three from Ukraine who has lived here for 20 years.
Speaking to the Sunday Independent after the hearing, Voloshchuk — who is now a managerial assistant — said she had never experienced anything like the physical assault from Kisyombe in her 12 years working as the Balseskin reception centre for asylum seekers.
She said she felt scared again of Kisyombe after seeing her in court, and did not understand what the caution process — which is supposed to take the views of victims into account — meant.
“I feel like she has been playing some game,” said Voloshchuk.
The Ukrainian mother of three said she believed the Kisyombe portrayed in many media appearances is “fake”.
“I feel when I see that, that it’s all fake, it’s not real,” she said. “Some people can play that game. but I can’t.
"She’s a fake person who starts crying and turns around and starts blaming someone, until someone believes her. On that day she started blaming me, saying it’s my fault. I do not believe a person who just turns like that, starts crying, blames me and then says: ‘Poor me.’
After the case, Kisyombe posted a quote from Nelson Mandela on Twitter about triumphing over one’s fears. An accompanying statement said she was fighting “powerful people”.
