The media keep polling this question on whether the public think the protests are being orchestrated by fringe 'far-right agitators'.
They've been running that narrative since the protests began and want to know if people bought into it.
They keep reporting that there's some 'sinister agenda' but nobody can explain what it is, aside from the suggestion that British loyalists are trying to manipulate Sinn FΓ©in voters into creating a Gaelic ethnostate.
Last week 55% of people said they believed the media. This week it's down to 44%. Their control over setting the narrative has taken a hammering.

Deporting failed asylum seekers is a far-right position. Remember what the Sinn FΓ©in cheerleader says.

James Connolly believed that in order to be a true internationalist, one must be a true patriot of one's own country (An international nationalism sort of thing) - ie you can't have Socialism without some form of Nationalism
His opponent, prominent trade unionist William Waker of Belfast, was in favour of a continued existence of Ireland as part of Great Britain, saying that Connolly's ideas about Irish freedom and separate independence were "reactionary doctrines alien to any brand of socialism" proclaiming he was an internationalist, stating, "My place of birth was accidental, but my duty to my class is worldwide, hence MY INTERNATIONALISM!"
Tankies are still likes this today lmfao

Basic border security is far-right and racist.

Sinn FΓ©in is suffering in the polls, so credit to Mary Lou McDonald for her partyβs solid support of migrants
Mary Lou McDonaldβs poster was defaced, with the word βtraitorβ scrawled across the top at a protest in East Wall in the heart of her Dublin Central constituency.

Massive crowd out in Dublin yesterday, probably the biggest yet.
Protesters met at Connolly Station and marched to the offices of the Irish Independent, the Irish Times and Newstalk.
The theme of the protest focused on the reaction from the media & NGO class towards the protesters.
The protest finished up outside the gates of DΓ‘il Γireann on Merrion St where journalists can often find employment as government advisors if their work has met expectations.

Malachy Steenson speaking outside the offices of the Irish Independent.
"We're here at the Independent offices who know the ground is shifting. They know they've lost this battle and they're still writing pieces about us calling us fascist, calling us far-right. We have adopted a new logo for the far-right in Ireland. It's a buggy."
"We will shift the political ground here and let nobody be under any illusions...There are people in Germany now protesting, inspired by the people here. There are people in England protesting because of the people here. There are people in Sweden and right around Europe. This is the only issue."

Trade union leader Brendan Ogle is slated for smearing protesters in an interview on Newstalk this week.
"This is a man who is a senior member of Unite trade union who claims to represent the working class β a man who was venomous in his hatred for you people here today...He told us we need to be re-educated. We are the people who are doing the re-education. He is the one that needs to be re-educated along with Unite, SIPTU and all the other trade unions in the country."

NGOs hosted a significantly smaller counter-protest at the GPO which gave the media something to focus on, maintaining that it had rivalled the much larger protest. Attendees included Sinn FΓ©in TD Louise O'Reilly.
There was a curious sight as they marched away from the GPO. Following behind them was a protest of Muslim men from a Pakistani political party chanting 'Allahu Akbar' in response to the burning of a Quran in Sweden which they condemned the Swedish government for allowing to occur. There's video here and here.
It's unknown whether these Muslims had been used to pad the NGO protest's numbers or if it was just a coincidence that they were marching at the same time, serving as a portent of the future which the NGO class desire for Ireland.

"Look around because I don't see a minority here. We're the majority here. We're sick of being called racists. We're sick of being called liars. We're out for our kids and our families. This particular paper tells lies every day about us...We're out for the safety of our kids. That's all we're here for. And they're not safe on the streets of Dublin any more, are they?..Are we gonna put up with it?..What are we gonna do?"

"This needs to stop. They need to be held accountable for everything they are doing to this country. This country is on its knees and they're bringing in more migrants.
"They have put β¬50 million into this to bring refugees in. We're better served bringing the β¬50 million out to Dublin airport and getting them out of this country. We don't want them here.
"Our children can't walk the streets. Our wives can't walk the streets. Even our boys can't walk the streets now. This has to stop."
