"Your printer"

Shouldn't that be "our printer" or who is controlling the twitter account of this pop-up NGO?

Really makes me do one of these ๐Ÿค”

And which printer prints free leaflets? Surely they'd love the publicity for this heart-warming act of charity...

Well, well, well. The plot thickens...

So the man in the first and second videos above handing out leaflets today for the pop-up NGO calling themselves East Wall Here For All is James Connington.

Connington is a Lecturer in the Whitaker School of Government & Management at the Institute of Public Administration. His background is in the field of Occupational Psychology and HRM/Organisational Behaviour with a particular focus on equality and diversity.

Connigton directed, coordinated and delivered an EU Peace III Program โ€˜Cultural Awareness & Anti Bias Trainingโ€™ in County Leitrim for employers and community groups.

He is the IPA representative to SIETAR Europe and on the National Advisory Committee for the evaluation of training for the Irish Human Rights & Equality Commission (IHREC).

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป He is a member of the Irish Refugee Council. ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿป

Well colour me shocked.

Just a regular concerned member of the East Wall community...

Think I know how they got the deal on those leaflets.

This totally natural alternative community group in East Wall which is adored by the media and campaigns for the government position of keeping the asylum seekers in the community but just improving their conditions, I'm curious why they need to take guidance from MASI and RAMSI when they have an experienced member of the Irish Refugee Council among their number....unless they're trying to hide the connection...

This cultural centre on Eglinton Street in Galway could be about to get a lot more, eh...cultural.

Funny how their concern for women and children's safety is only for the occupants of the Citywest Hotel, as if whatever threat posed to them from among the single male asylum seekers also staying there could be confined to it. ๐Ÿค”

I was reading the posts on a new Bundoran facebook group about concern over the number of asylum seekers dumped in the area with the McEniff dynasty being a prime beneficiary (imagine my shock).

First thing that stands out is how scared a lot of the members are about discussing the problems.

The admin is at pains to point out that 'biased comments', 'yellow-vesting' (๐Ÿ˜‚) and 'hatred/racism' will not be tolerated. Comments from members often get prefaced like this:

๐Ÿ”น "Im not one bit against people coming in to town, but this is a joke bundoran is killed."

๐Ÿ”น"Refugees welcome in Bundoran but we are FULL FULL FULL"

๐Ÿ”น"I welcome all cultures but..."

๐Ÿ”น"Bundoran has always welcomed people of all nationalities but..."

I could hear Anton Chigurh in my head โ€” "If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?"

This desire to be seen as kind-hearted is something the regime takes full advantage of, but it's increasingly clear that it's a tactic stretched to its limit.
