Nigel obviously hasn't been reading the placards or listening to the people in East Wall. This is what the protests have been about since the beginning.

Irish homeless activist says foreigners with accommodation are taking all the meals from a homeless charity and get aggressive when they're told the food is for homeless people only. They also demand being given supplies like baby wipes and toilet paper.

"When itโ€™s explained to them that itโ€™s only for people sleeping rough, it turns nasty."

She suggests only giving food, money and supplies to homeless people directly.

"Thereโ€™s tons of beggars everywhere that are not homeless and are operating as a business, only give to genuine homeless people!!"

A report about a foreigner jailed for facilitating illegal immigration yesterday revealed some detail about the asylum swindle where passengers are "losing their passports" before disembarking planes in Dublin Airport and filing asylum claims.

When customs searched bags belonging to Mohamed Morsy Ahmed (54) who had flown in from Lisbon, they found 12 refugee travel passes.

In July the govt suspended participation in the refugee travel pass scheme because it was being so abused. People with refugee status elsewhere were using the 3 month passes to travel here and make fresh asylum claims.

So separately, 13 passengers got off the same flight as Ahmed with no travel passes and filed asylum claims. The documents in Ahmed's bags all matched to these individuals. Ahmed's job was to get the docs back to them.

But despite Ahmed being arrested for facilitating illegals, none of 13 were treated as illegals and deported. Instead, they were taken to a reception centre to begin the asylum process.

I've seen Roma gypsies being very aggressive at the focus Ireland just off of mountjoy Street. They were throwing things back at the volunteer saying it wasn't good enough. They were laughing and being very arrogant. I wanted to walk over and smash the 2 of them but there was baby's with them so didn't. They really give the irish homeless in the city a hard time. They are sly and wait till it's late or there is no one around and then attack them if they are in a good begging spot. I'd say Dublin city council has a tonne of footage of irish homeless getting attacked by the Roma Gypsies but are covering it up because it doesn't fit the current things narrative

The dirt attempted to co-opt the protest in Cookstown to make it all about the welfare of the asylum seekers instead of the well-being of the community.

Tallaght said no.

An African asylum seeker staying at the Grand Hotel in Wicklow says he expects a rise in crime levels in the town due the lack of sex available to the 255 young single males who were put into the hotel recently.

The govt is planning to pay for "community champions" to attempt to control the narrative when asylum seekers and refugees are bussed into areas after witnessing an eruption of protests around the country.

PR experts have also worked on the best way to inform the public about the roll out of 2,000 modular homes for Ukrainians, reports the Business Post.

60,000 Ukrainians have arrived in Ireland this year with 47,910 of them being housed by the State.

On top of these figures, Ireland has received 13,111 international protection applicants since January, the largest amount since 2002 when 15,201 asylum seekers came here.

Back then, many were pregnant women seeking to claim citizenship through the birth of their children before the public voted to stop the racket in the 2004 citizenship referendum.

This year, two thirds of applicants are males, many with refugee status elsewhere or with little likelihood of being granted refugee status. Up to 90% of asylum claims are rejected each year.

Donnacha ร“ Beachรกin, Professor of Politics at Dublin City University, explains why so many Georgians are filing asylum claims in Ireland:

"If they were seeking asylum, it's not obvious why they would come all the way to Ireland. There are so many countries in the EU that are so much closer and much more accessible that they would go to.

"So I've spoken to people here on the ground [in Tbilisi], and there is a consensus, really, that it's largely because Ireland is perceived to offer relatively generous terms & conditions, and that it is relatively easy, eh, to get accepted...at least to stay.

"I mean you may not get asylum but it'll take so long for a decision to be made that you can stay in the country and be provided accommodation and some money for a long period of time, and that is an attractive offer for many people living here."

We can assume she's Irish or NGOs would be on RTร‰ news talking about it and the President would have issued a statement.

EDIT: gardaรญ say there was no reports of any incident in Clondalkin on Saturday evening in relation to a tent. The homeless charity who were the source of the story removed their post.
