A concerned Wicklow residents group were told last night that IPAS will be sending an educational officer to the Grand Hotel to teach the new residents about cultural norms in Ireland.

Wonder why that's needed. ๐Ÿค”

This is the loophole they are using to get around regulations & to *NOT put homeless Irish people first.
This government has lost all control & vision.

"Planning permission will not be required to convert buildings to house refugees for the next two years due to โ€œunprecedented numbersโ€ seeking protection in Ireland, Minister of State for Housing Malcolm Noonan has told an Oireachtas housing committee.
Mr Noonan was briefing the committee on the proposed amendments to the planning and development regulations which would mean the conversion of a non-residential building by the State to house people seeking international protection, would be exempt from the requirement to obtain planning permission.
If approved by the Oireachtas next week, it was the intention the amendments would be signed into law โ€œat the earliest possible dateโ€ Mr Noonan said.
The changes were needed to cope with the huge demand for accommodation faced since the outbreak of war in Ukraine, he said."

This is the same expert group which told us we need to end Direct Provision, provide all asylum seekers their own homes and give an amnesty to all asylum seekers in the system despite up 90% of failing their claim annually.

Now they're telling us we need to build five more direct provision centres which can accommodate up to 750 asylum seekers each because when their previous expert advice was implemented, it attracted five times as many asylum seekers as we usually get.

The experts are the problem.

A Bray local stops to chat to some of the men who are now being accommodated at the Manor House nursing home in Bray after all the elderly Irish residents were kicked out.

They say they're from Georgia.

There are three hotels in Bray already accommodating asylum seekers: The Wilton Hotel, The Royal Hotel and the Esplanade Hotel but the demand to accommodate asylum seekers is endless.

For property owners, it's a simple equation. The government is willing to pay more money to accommodate prominently fake refugees who have been encouraged to abuse Irish people's generosity for the past 25 years than they are to look after the most vulnerable Irish people in society.

Nothing will change until the traitors are removed from power.

Conversation with an asylum seeker in East Wall
A conversation with a north African asylum seeker staying at the old ESB office in East Wall.

He says he came over by boat from Britain to Northern Ireland and then took the train to Dublin, didn't have to show any ID at any point.

He says he's been in at least 13 countries before arriving in Ireland including France, Germany and Greece and was previously working in London.

Thanks to @PeterMadden for the clip.
