European Court of Justice rules in favour of Pakistani seeking residency in Ireland

The European Court of Justice has ruled that the Pakistani cousin of a British citizen is entitled to claim residency in Ireland under EU freedom of movement and that the “head of the household test” used in Ireland for residency claims is not in accordance with EU Directive.

We had some political parties come down and speak to us, always with the same questions: who had been here already and are you going with anyone; could you change your message a small bit and we'll get behind you; "homes for all" was basically it.
