47% of women aged 18-34 believe transwomen should be housed in female prisons. This is the only demographic where a majority support putting men who say they are women into female prisons.
I've seen TERF types blaming the patriarchy for wanting to allow men in female spaces because "men can't stand women having their own spaces" or whatever.
Men don't seem to be the problem here (at least in the majority).
Should be said there's a huge proportion of uncertainty across the demographics with many selecting 'don't know'.
Some of that could be people scared to admit their real beliefs.

They narrowed the question down to sex offenders here.
Presumably most respondents when answering this question had the idea of a man raping a woman and then asking for their sex to be changed on their birth cert which would grant them access to a female prison.
48% opposed giving them a gender recognition cert and only 16% support it. The highest levels of support again come from women aged 18-34 (28%) but they are in the minority.

They avoid mentioning the other factors:
1. Minister Roderic Gorman's guarantee of asylum seekers being given their own home within 4 months of arrival.
2. Minister Helen McEntee's blanket amnesty for all asylum seekers who've been in the system for over two years.
3. 25 years of allowing bogus refugees to abuse the asylum system while rarely deporting them.
Easier to blame the UK though when we should be following their lead. I still think creating a sort of city state run by Europeans for asylum seekers in Africa is probably the best idea. We can drop the NGOs off there too.

The โฌ125 Million is expected to purchase 350-400 homes at around โฌ330,000 Per unit.
Ukrainians aside, almost 5,000 migrants have sought asylum in Ireland since the start of the year. Minister for Equality Roderic O'Gorman has promised them all their own homes.
Meanwhile between 30%-40% of people who are registering as homeless in Ireland every month are newly arrived immigrants with no means to support themselves according to Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien.
According to Economics Professor Ronan Lyons at Trinity College, every extra 10,000 migrants require on average 4,000 new dwellings, principally in the cities.
So 400 homes would house around 1,000 of them or 20% of total so far this year before they can think about housing Irish people. But please remember that it's far-right nonsense to suggest immigration affects the housing market.
