The government + the opposition use almost identical language in relation to housing. Housing for ALL. Homes for ALL. But the ALL keeps growing. And the promises keep failing. In a global marketplace of ALL against ALL—where transient migrant labour is used as a lever against rooted community—promises like these are worse than useless.

Until you define a functional Us you can't define a functional All. Neither government nor opposition are willing to defend a plausible account of nationality. This ALL of theirs lies somewhere over the rainbow. A phantasm.

All it means in practice is that no limit shall be fixed + no boundaries defined. Replacement migration will not be questioned let alone halted or reversed. The EVERYONE they claim to represent, is a sectionalist interest. Foreign corporations or foreign labour depending on where they stand on the approved spectrum of political views.

Either the Irish come first in Ireland or they come dead last.

We've already had our fill of pluralism, but sure let's import the racial grievance industry and throw that onto the fire too.

Algerian "living at temporary accommodation in Cork City" sexually assaulting lone, vulnerable woman twice in Cork City.

Isn't every renter in the country living in temporary accommodation?

This is code to mask what he really is.

More than half the 130 asylum-seekers facing first deportation flights to Rwanda next week launch their legal battle to remain in UK and Home Office officials expect the remaining 50 will do so this week.

>A Home Office insider said: ‘As predicted, specialist immigration lawyers are pulling every trick in the book and exploiting every possible loophole to get their clients off the flight. Every single person due to be relocated could and should have claimed asylum in a country they passed through, instead of coming to the UK illegally.

Who is funding the lawyers?

The Lady of Heaven movie pulled by Cineworld from all its branches to 'ensure the safety of staff and customers'.

Executive producer of the film Mr Shlibak called the decision to pull the film by the cinema chain 'unacceptable'.

"That is something quite silly, because everyone has the ability to share their thoughts and enact their freedom of speech."

"I think this is more than The Lady of Heaven as an individual film, this is about our British values and how much these mean to us."

And Claire Fox, who sits in the House of Lords as Baroness Fox of Buckley, tweeted that the decision to cancel the screening showed the 'creep of extra-parliamentary blasphemy law' was now censoring film.

She wrote: 'Same 'I Find that Offensive' cancel culture arguments now being used far beyond campus activism. Disastrous for the arts, dangerous for free speech, a lesson to those who argue identity politics are no threat to democracy.'

Swedish MEP Charlie Weimers MEP cautions Taoiseach Micheál Martin that the Irish government's amnesty for illegals exacerbates migration related problems in Europe and that he should look to Sweden to see the problems their amnesty created.

He tells Martin that 500 million people worldwide would like to migrate to the EU and that migration pressure is mounting. The last thing Europe needs are increased pull factors.

Martin responds that there is no amnesty for illegals in Ireland. All the govt is doing is 'regularising the undocumented'. That's totally different. 🤦‍♂️

The current blanket amnesty for illegals is also open to all asylum seekers in the system. The only thing 'undocumented' about many of them is they say they've lost their passport and consequently can't be deported after failing their asylum bid.

Non-Ukraine related asylum applications are set to reach 13,000 for 2022, up from 3,408 in 2019. Roderic O'Gorman has promised them all their own homes within four months of arrival.

Media outlets quietly delete report about a brutal assault on Dame St.

GCN broke the story yesterday that on June 2nd, a 'non-binary queer person' was the victim of a 'brutal homophobic and transphobic attack' while out with friends in the Dame Street area of Dublin.

The survivor of the assault is in their 20’s and was currently in hospital as a result of the injuries they sustained, it was reported.

>One of the survivor’s friends wrapped a Pride flag around them, which prompted their assailants to attack. The person was beaten unconscious with a bat and stabbed multiple times. After that, the men and woman who carried out the attack ran away on foot, though some witnesses saw them escape.

Odd that such a vicious assault had gone unreported for almost a week before being picked up by a a small LGBT focused media outlet. The report included a lot of details and quotes from the victim and their 'chosen family,' allegedly posted to social media which I can't find.

JOE, The Examiner and Hot Press all repeated the story and the usual crowd piled on demanding hate crime legislation with Hazel Chu blaming those "pushing a homophobic agenda." This was probably the biggest twitter thread.

In JOE's report on the incident they wrote "In a statement to JOE, An Garda Síochána said they had no record of the incident on file," but they still went ahead and reported the story as fact.

Today all the reports have been quietly deleted, no corrections issued. 🤔
