It isn't. It was an exercise in gerrymandering. Six counties were marked out as providing a majority for those loyal to England.
The new plantation is not dissimilar to the old one, where our land is forcibly settled by people disloyal to the idea of an Irish nation which serves her people.
Even asylum seekers, regardless of the merit of their predominantly bogus claims, are allowed and encouraged to vote in local elections from the first day they set foot on Irish soil. It's unethical.
State sponsored programmes are employed to push the diversity into positions of influence and authority.
You'll notice this project is being promoted by Dr Lucy Michael who has #BlackLivesMatter permanently affixed to her bio.
Dr Lucy comes from that particular yachting set who has never believed an Irish nation matters...and she's carrying on that legacy.
