John J. Mearsheimer on Ukraine, recorded 6 years ago:
"The West is leading Ukraine down the primrose path & the end result is Ukraine is going to get wrecked.”
Realist scholars like Mearsheimer and George Kennan warned for years that the US was backing Russia into a corner with NATO expansion and show that today's war was predictable and avoidable.
US policy in Ukraine was not in the interest of the Ukrainian, Russian or American people and instead pursued in the interests of the fanatical globalist ruling elite who have captured the West. It is tragic to see another war on European soil, and no one will suffer more than the Ukrainian and Russian people, but primary blame rests in Washington.

Odysee BACKS Free Speech - Joe Rogan now RT
The social media network has put its neck on the line for free speech saying it’s willing to host RT on its platform despite a global crackdown on our outlet.
“We’ve been asked to remove RT from Odysee. We don't care about politics, and being a platform means we have to be a platform,” the company said via Twitter.

In Ireland, it’s progressives who have the real power
If one political innovation has defined Ireland’s move from its conservative past to its current status as the poster child for hyper-liberalisation, it’s been the rise of the NGO. But in the last month some cracks have appeared in the ways that NGOs protect…

I was always very interested in knowing what people ate here before the Saxon Invasion and the multitude of famines since, then of course the modern fad of having strawberries flown in to eat with the Christmas day dessert.
I suppose obviously enough it was mostly a 1950s rural diet. The idea of going to the shops to buy food still wasn't a serious part of our psyche then.
Sure, people bought a big sack of flour etc, but long before people would go to a local Miller and get a big sack of ground oats. Today oats are generally considered animal feed and wheat is considered a human food, but, a strange thing happened in the late 1800s and early 1900s;
In that time it was "The done thing" that wheat was harvested with a scythe. The scythe would cut the entire stalk from the ground up, leaving nothing but the roots in the ground behind.
The wheat on the full stalk was laid out in barns as it was slowly gathered into sheafs by hand, then laid out on the floor of a barn and animal dung was dropped onto the ends of the stalks, this aided what is called today "capillary action" (big words for a farmer), but the heat generated basically pushed extra nutrition from the stalk into the wheat before it was "threshed". This process essentially ended because of mechanisation, now only the heads are harvested.
Another change was chemical fertilisers, they inhibit certain minerals in the soil such as zinc. I'm not a scientist but there's a general thinking that zinc deficiency is causing gluten intolerance, personally i think that explanation makes good sense.
A 3rd problem is to do with the baking of bread. In times gone by the dough for bread had to be made (by law) at least 8 hours before it was baked, as a dough "proves" it causes a reaction and develops the B vitamins in the bread, (this law was removed during either ww1 or 2, I can't remember)
The tl;dr is that modern bread is absolute garbage in nearly every circumstance, but over 100 years ago you could basically live off bread and milk.
The other point is that oats are objectively better than wheat, despite us using oats to feed animals and eating garbage ourselves.

If your principle is really Nationalism and "no more brother wars", you should wish for as quick and convincing a Russian victory in Ukraine as possible.
Everyone in the know acknowledges Ukraine has no realistic chance of winning this conflict, which means the only options are:
1. A quick end to the war with a negotiated resolution giving ethnic Russian territory in the East independence and Ukraine pledging neutrality.
2. A protracted, bloody insurgency intended to bleed Russia for as much blood and treasure as possible, with the West flooding arms into one of the most corrupt countries in the world, likely leading to decades of ethnic conflict and terrorism.
You can call this a false dichotomy and fantasise about a National Socialist government in Ukraine rejecting Russia and the West, but that will remain a fantasy. The Western elites favour the second option, because despite their rhetoric they're willing to sacrifice as many Ukrainian lives as possible on the altar of their imperial project. As the conflict drags on it will be the bravest, most patriotic Ukrainians giving their lives for their country.
No more brother wars means thinking Russia has a right to keep NATO missiles off its borders, that ethnic Russians in East Ukraine have a right to self-determination, and that the this conflict shouldn't be dragged out at the expense of the Ukrainian and Russian people for the benefit of US foreign policy planners.
