The Irish media are once again promoting the far right conspiracy theory that the supply/demand of available workers impacts wages and the ability of workers to bargain for better conditions.

"Overheated employment market" is a fancy economics term for "Not enough foreign wage slaves to compete with our own wage slaves".

It was my understanding McEntee is a woman and in charge of the justice system which was why she had the power to grant a blanket amnesty to illegals last November.
