GSK 'directed and controlled' HSE over swine flu vaccine
“The court has heard that GSK insisted on being indemnified by the HSE against any legal action arising from the vaccination programme in 2009.
The court was told that legal correspondence during the procurement process shows some advisers were uncomfortable with the terms being sought by GSK and said they would never agree to them in normal commercial circumstances.
Senior Counsel Dermot Gleeson said the documents showed GSK was also insisting on a clause which meant the HSE could not settle any cases or say anything about it or the vaccine even if it was the right and cost-effective thing to do.
This, he said, amounted to an "unconstitutional agreement" and was "profoundly disquieting" whereby an agent of the State was yielding its power to conduct its own litigation with a citizen of Ireland.”
Victims of the Pandremix vaccine are still fighting the State for compensation to this day.

France has approved legislation targeting people in certain areas of the workforce who are resistant to being vaccinated.
It is now legal for their employers to terminate their contract, suspend wages, and they will also be ineligible for welfare as a result.
The new legislation targets employees of pubs, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and public transport.
They might also extend the legislation to cover retail.
"This is not a breach of contract, so they will not be entitled to unemployment benefits," explained the Minister of Labor Elisabeth Borne.

That whole area is one of those hot spots which reached peak diversity early on as they've been dumping doctors & engineers in there since they started allowing them abuse our asylum system over twenty years ago.
Taxi drivers, delivery drivers and An Post all consider it a no-go zone.
Irish locals have attempted to express their frustration at being forcibly enriched by daubing rude graffiti in the playground. It worked to some extent as radio stations were hungry to cover the racism angle and inevitably exposed some of the problems Africans were creating.
One African mother has tried to explain why they fight each other (it's a primeval turf war thing) and pleaded for it to stop, but nobody wants to admit it's even happening.
Biggest tragedy here is Irish people having to clean up their mess. We have enough of our own problems.
