A French ambulance driver says patients are being denied health care if they don't have a valid health pass.
"I am a paramedic and today we dropped off a patient to a private clinic for a heart exam. This small examination was refused to her for the one and only reason that this lady could not present a health pass....So today, we reject the Hippocratic Oath, we also reject the freedom of access to care. It is unacceptable!"
The hospital refused to perform a covid test themselves so he had to drive the lady back home...despite the heart problem.
France has made it obligatory to show a health pass – proving that you are vaccinated or have tested negative for Covid-19 within the last 48 hours – for access to public venues for more than 50 people since July 21.
On August 9 the health pass requirement will be extended to a range of new settings, including long-distance transport, restaurants & cafés – even outdoor terraces.
But now we see hospitals are already going beyond the requirements of the law.

Update from Fiona O'Leary who has been dubbed Cork's Tommy Robinson.
O'Leary is appealing for a movement to be formed to support her right to harass migrants who have moved to her community in an effort to impede them from freely practicing their faith there.
Like Tommy Robinson, she also believes the local gardaí are conspiring against her.
She also reveals some hate mail she has received.
O'Leary also says she can't sleep. Her GP has diagnosed her with PTSD and has prescribed her sleeping pills.
O'Leary ran in the 2016 general election where she got less than 1% of the votes.
