"Therefore the term includes 'all members who self-identify as black, Asian and any other minority ethnic groups who do not identify themselves as white'."
Very convenient for when increased "black" representation is demanded to the detriment of whitey.

👉🏻 A report by the French Ministry of the Interior gives very interesting statistics on crimes committed in the Paris region.
➡️ We learn that :
↪️ 93% of the thefts are committed by foreigners.
↪️ 66% of the robberies are committed by foreigners.
↪️ 63% of the rapes are committed by foreigners.
👨🏾 What does foreigners mean?
It simply means people who do not have French nationality.
Thus, an Algerian who obtained French nationality in 2018 and who commits rape is not counted in the statistics.
📌 These statistics therefore greatly underestimate foreign delinquency. The nationality criterion is not sufficient. It would be better to use the criterion of ethnic French, but this is forbidden by law.
